Superfood oats (does not have to be exact / tailor to your preferences)
- 1/3 cup oats
- 2 tbsp chia seed
- 1 tbsp ground flax
- 1/2 diced apple / 1 mashed banana / berries of choice
- Handful raisins
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Dash of cardamom
- 1.5 cups of water
- I sometimes also add a scoop of collagen or protein powder

OMG Annie, video idea! Can you please do a 'What's in my bag' segment in a video? I think that would be so interesting! I actually want to buy myself a new everyday bag but I'm very disorganised and messy sometimes so I would love to see how you keep things organised in your bag / what you keep in there.

My boyfriend was also sick earlier this month and we also separated each in their own room. He even left for a few days in another house and 10 days later I tested positive. I even had fever 4 days prior but my test was negative that day, day after.. i think 4-5 days after it came back positive. I'm talking about quick antigen test, not PCR in our case. So be carefull if you are using those tests. It takes time some time for those to detect virus.

When my father tested positive my mother immediately got a pcr test as well and she was negative. Unfortunately a few days later she developed a few symptoms and when she got her second pcr test a week later she was positive. Please take care, the tests in the first week even the pcr ones can be quite deceptive

I’m glad Mo is feeling better and that you are healthy and didn’t get the dreaded virus.
Sooo I’m so bummed. I got the seed probiotics and they have not helped whatsoever with my bloating. If anything I feel like it’s made it worse. 😟
But we’re all different so not everything is going to work the same I guess. I have a question though, I noticed that you just take one capsule but it says to take two? I wonder if two is to much and that’s why I’m so bloated.
