Healthy Ramen Noodles
- Brown rice ramen noodles (I do 4 cups of water for 2 noodle cakes)
- 2 cups of frozen or fresh veggies
- Prawns
- Optional: fresh parsley to garnish
Seasoning:
- 2 tsp veggie stock
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp chinese 5 spice powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp tamari sauce
Directions:
- Bring water to boil, add spices, once boiling, add ramen cakes
- Once noodles are 90% cooked, add in frozen veggies & prawns
- Allow to simmer for a few mins until everything is cooked
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and enjoy :)

Please stop asking women if they are pregnant, it's none of your business. Someone gets married, and the next thing you keep asking is if she's pregnant... Some women don't know if they want to have a baby, some women aren't ready for it, it is one of the most important life altering decisions one makes. No woman should feel outside pressure to get pregnant. Don't forget infertility, or miscarriage... a woman can feel like a failure because of comments like this because for months she is trying to get pregnant.
In any case, stop asking, please. They already have to struggle with family and friends, and it's none of some unknown people on the internet that we have to owe them explanation of our ovarian system 🤦🏽♀️ We shouldn't have the need to write scenarios to know that's not a right question/thing to ask/say.
It is not your body, then it is not your right to ask. There could be countless reasons why a woman has made the choice she has, and it’s important to accept that a woman’s decision to have a child is nobody’s business but her own.
If one day she gets pregnant, she will share it with youtube if she WANTS to. So please, stop.
