This was so organic and wholesome! I know its easy to get caught up on trying to put out building or benchmarking video all the time but sometimes just seeing "behind the scenes" like this is awesome. Thanks for taking us along :D
Video was like watching 3 buddies hanging out for a day. I think we can all appreciate that, given most people are to busy or anti social these days to make time for a fun social gathering.
Please throw a video like this in every now and then! It's fun to see you guys just thinking stuff out and including us along the way.

thats actually a very unique and special day that genuinely showcase how nice team you have there Jay. Every now and then would nice to see some actual days like "behind" the scenes.
This is my favorite style of content! Just the team working...and enjoying life. Product reviews, and standard content can feel so stale at times and having all your personality's makes this channel unique and awesome.

I would recommend putting your rework/solder station out back near the roll-up door so your fume extractor can vent directly outside and you can keep the smells further from your office area where they can and will permeate carpet, drop ceiling tiles, etc....

You can make long (box length) slide out 'drawers' for the box too! Out of rollerblade ball bearings and such! (Aluminum extrusion if youre badass)

Personally, I love these kind of videos. It's ALWAYS awesome to see the quirky dynamic of the team and the random things that occur. You should seriously put out more of these kind of videos. You know, peg board is easy and useful, but, still limited to point. However, a french cleat wall will allow you to move any and everything the entire length of the wall and or the height. Each little "shelf", "box", etc can be individually shaped for it's purpose and you can rearrange everything on a whim expeditiously. Just a thought. Technically, you could build a cleated bracket for a tv an hang it on a french cleat wall as well .... it opens the door for a lot of possibilities. Custom 3D print a dummy plug with the logo on it.
