U should strip the red off and scuff them to a satin finish.... that would make them look sweet. Or leave em shinny. Either way, get rid of the red. Great vid, nice truck ✌️

It's sweet they give you that many of the caps! Yup, you definitely need a bit more weight in the back to speed the rear drop up.
Still not a fan of those American Force wheels, that said they looks a 100 times better in black than red. Those spiked lug nuts are sick AF looking, I really like them. 👍👍 I love that air ride, wish I could find a few for a reasonable price.
Just curious what do you set your clutch at on your drill for this?
Im use to working with makita stuff at work, so I dont adjust the settings, just feel it with the trigger. But I would recommend going to the lowest setting on the drill for stuff like this. The plastic is super soft.

Welcome Chuck! So the link to that video is below, but unfortunately that air system I used is no longer produced. CapoRC makes something similar but it is difficult to find as well(made and sold in china) Most people use servos to simulate air ride. Ive done one setup on my #3 Rat Rod RC build, takes a lot of fab to mount everything up. czcams.com/video/1iqHfo2MY4A/video.html

I think it came from hobby lobby. My dad gave it to me when I built him a scale garage a while back.

Moving? I thought you just bought that place? Or the R/C Everyday studio is moving?
Ive had the house with the studio for almost 10 years now, the land in oklahoma is the newer addition. No electric or water up there though, not even phone service. Trying to find a place I can afford to go full time youtube currently.
Perhaps some kind of Headache rack for the F-450 to get some weight in back? I see those kinds massive trucks with em all the time. I'm sure something could be custom built or adapted
the slower lowing rear end looks scale, usually the rear of air bagged trucks is slower any how because theres less weight over them.

You need to figure out a way to tuck some dual wheels on this thing.
What type of tires can you use for the black rims you have since the stock tires are sold out
I dont know of anything else that will fit. Cen has been pretty good about keeping stock, they will be available soon.

It never happened. The chassis went on to be the red 87 extra cab Toyota.
That's a great way to stop dogs from chasing cars. Back in the 60's we put a rag hanging out pinched between the wheel and the hub cap. When the dog grab the rag, well.
Large trucks with airbags on the back lower slow when dumping the air. Looks scale to me.
