Quad nods are going to be 45k for the quality and you also need a military or law enforcement ID to buy them. BUT PVS-14 and PVS-7 night vision goggles cost at most $4-5,000. I’ve seen them go for minimum $1,500 if you find the right place or build them from parts kits and buy an image intensifier.

Eh, if you hang around the right circles you'll see DOD peeps or spooky dudes bring them out to certain MIL/LE only training (DARC, Esoteric, Nightfighters, ect.) or in some rare cases someone "Buys" them and brings them to some high end MilSim event like MSW.
Most of the time though, any GPNVG-18's that you see are either fake or repros. You do see them, but I personally have only seen people with Mono's or Bino's.
