My three favorite Russians.
In South Carolina, we cook our brisket 15 hours on the smoker. The meat now cost about $80 ( Biden Food Inflation). The fat is really good lol. Our shredded or sliced pork BBQ (barbecue) , each state has their own sauces. Ours in SC has a mustard sauce. North Carolina has a Vinegar type sauce and Alabama has a “white sauce”. It looks great.
