      I never found the original source I looked through quite a few blog sites, but didn't find it. Although over the years I have continued to adjust it to make it work best for my clients. It stands as an easy and quick way to get down to a common understanding of the problem.

    hi Amanda , where can i get/ did you get a LSSBB certification? There are so many places including on-line. where would you recommend? I love the depth in your explanation, I have worked in this field for a few years and it was great to follow your explanation.......Thanks !!

      That's great to hear. The gold standard is ASQ, I've been hearing lots of good things about SSGI lately so I encourage you to check them out as well. I've just started a program to mentor facilitators through their first DMAIC projects as well.
