That really is a proper table.

Looks nice, I wish my storage shelves were even 1/2 that organized. You might want to reconsider the location of those toolholders though, those look like they will be 1) somewhat hard to reach convieniently when sitting at the bench 2) will get slightly covered-up with gear. I'd reconsider putting a shelf at that approximate location, it makes a very handy spot to stack scopes/power supplies/other instruments. I would consider just using/making one of the freestanding screwdriver holders that sits on the tabletop, since that can more easily be relocated.
One other thing, I would definitely install one of the long outlet strips along the rear of the bench. If you get a high-quality one, it will be rated for sufficient current, and I like being able to kill all power for the entire bench with one switch (prevents forgetting to turn off hot air/soldering iron/power supply).

Real nice workshop, looking forward to seeing it develop. My main workbench is 3mtr long, 96cm deep with a 40cm shelf running the full length......works great.

Thank you :) I will check your workshop video again. I remember it turned out really nice.
I would like to get the equipment off the table top. I was just worried that the shelf might get in the way, but perhaps I shouldn't worry :)

@@EcProjects It looks like you have quite a deep bench, so shelves work really well. I've got most of my stuff about 400mm up off the benches and it means you can drop test leads down onto whatever you're working on.

Nice clean lab space, I really like it. Hope to have something similar one day.

I have solar panels about that size, its 150 watt, and they will do basically rated power , they aren't the most effiecent. But do well. I want to get some serious panels, 300-400 watts, its the shipping that gets you!!

I got it in the middle of winter. I was able to get 30W from it. So I think it will be close to spec on a summer day. :) I just bought it for playing around really. maybe try to design an MPPT charge controller :)

What happened to your K40? For Kelvin I prefer 3700-4200.
