So glad you're back! Thank you for this review from an artists perspective--Grovemade is primarily for the aesthetic, not the function or price. I agree, I at least thought it was an automatic sharpener. Nice studio tour! :)

The Blackwing sharper is 20-30$ most places by its self and the pencils by them self cost about that much, and black wing has a huge iconic status and following I can def see the appeal for this unique stand/holder collab for a certain demographic ( but not me I’m poor af 🤣 )
Omg 😳 WAIT… that black hexagon sharpener is $20-30?! 😭 I can see the appeal a bit too, but this is probably the last thing I’d throw $120 on for my workspace loll
the best things are the pencils! Blackwing pencils are Amazing! they are my absolute favourite to sketch with!😍

Must say I'm a bit jelly!😅 I absolutely LOVE Blackwing! They are my favourite artsupply. I would SO love(!) to have that gorgeous pencilstand. Displaying my beloved pencils in such a fancy way would be incredible!😍🤩
I really want one of those sharpeners. I love Blackwing. You scored girl! Wow. Love your honesty. I usually research things for ages before I buy them. The things you got look great and will help workflow. They're definitely luxury items. I'm not too fussed on their sketchbooks because they're plastic but everything else looks lit. After seeing so many pastel and neutral colored rooms, it's really refreshing to see so much color here. I don't have anything against people who choose to decorate their rooms that way. They look pretty nice, but I think being different is neat, too.

Very nice, I just found your channel recently and I really love your art so far. It has been sparking my creativity lately, and has been helping me to get back into art again. I missed it! The good news with that unkillable plant is that it is a Christmas, Thanksgiving, or Easter Cactus, and they typically thrive on benign neglect. So that is why I have two of them, that are still alive lol.

I love the peg boards, I need one next to my table! 🤩 Your friend gave you Neo Color I they are really pigmented crayons, the ones you bought are Neo Color II, its almost like water color sticks can be used with water or just as crayon texture when used dry 🤗

Blackwing pencils have always been "bougie" but $120 is a bit much I do prefer hand sharpeners though. Yeah nope that price is too much... then again I buy Copic markers??? I guess some people have a ton of money to spend... no artists that I know have a ton of money though!! HEHE Glad you're back! Loved your Studio/desk tour!
yeah 120 bucks for that is A LOT of money, even with people arguing its worth the price due to the blackwing pencils
IKR?!? The black wing pencils are worth $30 on their website! That leaves us with a $90 pencil stand and manual sharpener 😂

When your so excited you ask your brother to throw your sketchbook at you but he takes it literally and hits you in the face, and now there’s a red mark.
when you fill a page, especially with markers, do you personally double-glue your pages so it doesn’t seep through to the next one?
Personally I just let it bleed to the other side and then use acrylics or scrap paper to cover it up!

I love your studio a lot.
So during these last months, we have received SO MUCH chocolate because my dad became dean and so I collected so many chocolate wrappers with so many colors. I can't wait to use them in my sketchbook and maybe even send it to you on instagram but I need to figure out how to use them first. *sigh* after my diploma exams. 😪

So I don’t have the exact name but it’s a SamSung curved monitor! I wouldn’t recommend my model because the colours are very off compared to my iPad, phone and other screens 💀
