I use the 'Aleene's Original - Acrylic Sealer - Matte Finish' Varnish spray!! It still smudges some afterwords as it's quite workable.. But it still helps quite a bit!
Cab really tell you had a lot of fun with utilising this sketchbook. I think you did a great job with the supplies that was sent to you. Awesome spread. Love the cup noodles. X x

I recommend Winsor and newton’s fixative spray it’s the one I use and I’m really happy with it ❤ ps love your art

@@thelastcoffeebean also, it may not be the varnish but the application. I have and used the same vanish in the past, try to hold the spray higher and use long swift motions from one end of the paper to the other end and also use in a well ventilated area. Also, the can may be defective because it’s not supposed to bubble like that👍
@@BIGGIE_CHEEESE YES, I was definitely thinking the spray itself might be defected because it comes out in weird spurts no matter how well I shake or position it!
@@thelastcoffeebean yeah, then it’s definitely a defective can, that sucks because it really is a good varnish :(. the gloss one makes my works look more saturated and brings everything together.
The orange glow on the side of the face looks so good!!

GAHDAYUMMM, this is the 3rd time I’m rewatching all of your videos, they are amazing and so are you. As for varnish recs, I recommend Amsterdam clear lacquer gloss varnish

You did such an awesome job! I love the entire spread :D I use KRYLON Kamar Varnish for my finished artwork, bought from Wal-Mart and it seems to work well for me. I normally put two coats or a really thick coat of varnish on. Some people use mod podge to coat their artwork then apply varnish to seal it but idk
Thank you so much, I honestly think my KRYLON can is just defective 😭 I love Krylon cuz it’s so affordable! Also I want to try out modpodge one time, I heard it’s pretty good 👍🏼
@@thelastcoffeebean no problem. Honestly, it might be since mine sprays just fine. But I also don’t use mine as often tho. I’ve never used modpodge before but I’ll try it out and let you know, if someone hasn’t already 😄

the spread looks so pretty and warm ;v; its great - as for the varnish, i was told to use regural hair spray and so far its been working well not to smudge the drawings
Have you tried workable fixative to seal your sketchbooks? It seals things but allows you to add to it if wanted
is this the same acrylic that they put in tubes inside this acrylic pen? and when the pen is empty can you refill it with acrylic from your tubes?
