Iv been prescribed sleeping pills ect but. Since coming across this channel and this particular video I’m able to fall asleep trouble free, this is like my millionth time watching x

Hi😀 If your phone is Iphone, there is a setting for stopping the video automatically without you do anything. Go to the timer, and then there are some bells or tone to set up, scroll down to the end. There will be 'stop playing'. Click it and choose the time you want to listen or watch until the period. If u set up 25mins, after 25mins the video will be automatically stop it. Then your battery will not dead :) 😉
