I never hear people talk enough about Dolores Claiborne. Cinematography and acting were on point. Only movie I've ever been able to stand David Strathairn in.

Fannie Flagg is a brilliant writer. When Kathy Bates rammed that car was classic. Loved when she greeted her husband at the door wrapped in cellophane, and the way she was so sweet and tender with Jessica Tandy touched my heart. Great movie all around.
Maybe it’s just me, but I think that long white witchy hairstyle she’s got going on in this is really stunning. Also, has anyone caught her little cameos in the Matchington Mansion ads? She turns one three word line into a whole mood. 😁

Every interview I’ve seen her partake in, has always been genuine, funny and interesting since I first saw Misery in 1990 , Junior year of high school (I was so fucking lucky that my Chicago middle school and high school movies at the mall years were from 1984-1992). My husband never saw Cape Fear and my pitch was, “I almost feel sorry for you that you aren’t going to watch it the way I first did- the day it fucking opened in 1991 and on one of the best movie theaters Chicago once had….”
Home is a 2020 internationally co-produced drama film written and directed by Franka Potente, in her directorial debut. It's not a thriller. It's a well-acted, intense study of psychological family & community drama. Think Good Lord Bird, deep in the feels.
And this lady's and Gentlemen is how you make a trailer. We know some scenes some characters yet don't know what exactly the movie is about. Who is the bad or good guy. Thank you who ever cut the trailer this is how it supposed to be done.

From the Trailer it looks like one of those rare movies where the actors are cast and costumes are designed to look like real life and not like Hollywood. I hope the story is compelling and worth going to a theater to see.
