  • Former Labor senator Graham Richardson says managing relationships with China is “by far the most difficult task”.
Mr Richardson’s remarks come as people are calling Prime Minister Anthony Albanese's response to China following the critical incident in the Yellow Sea.
“The difficulty is of course that managing the Chinese relationship is by far the most difficult task and our foreign affairs efforts. By far,” Mr Richardson said.
“I mean how do you manage a relationship a friendly one with someone who is buying your coal, while at the same time all of your defence … and strategic efforts are fighting a war with them.
“It's really very difficult and from the Chinese side you can understand why they might find that a bit rich.”

Not yet. Technically and factually. But giving them what that they need and we are going giggle and sh#t.
Read this about just war theory and realise we are continuing our idiology with anothers.
I know i am a PMC owner but please lets not get to the point where i end up with endless work.
I beg the public every day. I beg over over. Ive begged our current leaders.
Were going to end up in a war and at the end of the day i am going to just be as happy as a pig in shit and people really start need to start thinking about what I am saying.
Make my day but what does everyone else want.
People need to think about all of this and quick.
China is currently manufacturing 110 J20 fighter attack aircraft per year. We are doing 23 F35s per year flat out.
You don't need that many for self defence.
If they keep this up they might go to war but they definitely win in a very short time.
And God know my favourite food is Chinese and some best friends and the kindest people I have met are ex pats.

    In order for Australia to ensure its freedom and try and protect the coast, it needs;
4 light carriers, so one is always available and possibly even 2. They must be around the USS America and Type 76, sized, between 45,000 and 55,000 tons, CATOBAR with two CATs, capability of operating 24 fixed wing combat aircraft, 4 fixed wing EWAC'S and 2 AWAC's along with around 4 helicopters. However it would be capable of operating a larger number of purely helicopters and even larger number of drones. A well deck is needed to allow for it support amphibious assault but also give you the ability to launch naval drones from the well deck giving it the ability to operate as either a light carrier, helicopter carrier, amphibious assault and landing ship and drone carrier.
8 general purpose Destroyers with at least 96 x VLS cells, 4 x 127 mm and 4 x 57 mm, along with CRAM and Phallax. This is to deal with high altitude, high speed, long range targets with the VLS based missiles, the guns are for airborne and seaborne drones / loitering muntions, aswell as enemy gun, torpedo and missile boats.
16 Hunter class with 8 each dedicated to ASW and AWW these will be conventional frigates with the ASW having less VLS Cells than the AAW which would require roughly 72 VLS for that role today, the same gun and CWIS load out as the Destroyer. This will allow there to be 2-4 ships of each the Destroyer and the two frigate types to be active at any one time.
16 Sloops / Corvettes around 3500-5500 tons with the same gun and CWIS armaments but on a smaller shallower hull and used for patrolling the coasts, straits, islands and shoals. Almost entirely aimed at countering drones, fast attack boats, guns, torpedo or missile boats, and would have an advantage in the very unlikely event of a close quaters fight 1-1 with even a much large ships in a narrow channel with it gun armaments.
    8 SSNs
Say the crews for the carriers around 1,500-2000, destoryers, frigates, and sloops 150-300 and between 98 (Astute) and 135 (Virginia) for the subs. That equals to between 12,000 - 18,000 sailors and 784 - 1080 submariniers. Very, very doable!

There is no such thing as co equal with ccp and they require australia to be their vassal state. Again not co equal. Its not in ccp dictionary and australia wishful thinking
