After watching Love and Thunder, I have a renewed appreciation for Dark World
During the summer last year I saw the first 3 movies along with the Avengers movies
Yeah. Love and Thunder is written by a 5 year old liberal
This film is worse.
Both are shit movies lol
@CarterSlade29 Thor in Ragnarok and infinity war was good.
I didn't really like Endgame Thor that much but he was dealing with depression so it makes sense.
LaT Thor was like a completely different character to Thor in his first movie.
I heard there was an alternate scene where Thor calls lightning from all the realms and directs it at Malekith. That would be so much cooler than him getting defeated by humans
Damn now I really want to see that, would've made this movie more memorable with that scene alone!
Bro that sentence alone is better than the entire movie. It would give Thor in arc because his lightning was puny and small in this film.
@CorgiCriminal really?
@CorgiCriminal dang
Nah cus they had to give Natalie Portman something to do
From struggling to fight malakeith with one infinity stone in 2013 to overpowering the strongest being in the universe with all 6 infinity stones 5 years later after losing everything he loves. Thor truly is a badass
And back to being owned by the same being without any infinity stones despite having more weapons and his two friends from work backing him up.
@@thembanitheone He was weakened in that scene tho
@@terencesdurag2823 weakened by what? The directors say that Endgame Thor is the strongest Thor we've seen yet.
@@thembanitheone Idk where you got that from but no

Frigga=A fat and future version of yourself along with a baby rabbit took your hammer and the power stone to revive all of the Avengers who died
now i realize that malekith guy was using like 0.000001% of the reality stone and thought he became op
I mean besides what he’s doing he would of made illusions that could affect reality. And he doesn’t have an infinity gauntlet.
keep in mind that the aether was liquidified at the time, so maybe that makes it harder to use, while as a stoneit's easier to control
he possibly could've been using 100% of its power but thanos had the power, space, and soul stones so that boosts the power a ton
@@arachnitech1978 he wanted to turn the whole universe dark. Manz had no creativity at all.
Lmao, it wasn't weak. Malekith claimed he can cover the universe in darkness. That's universal.
Army Of Robots: Avengers come.
Forces of Darkness: meh. Thor's got this.
Thor didn't need to alert them, because he knew he could handle them, and because the Dark Elves are Asgard's specific responsibility and unlike Ultron didn't announce their presence to Earth quite in the same public manner.
Ultron personally introduced himself to and threatened the Avengers as a team.

Brian Tyler yeah I agree he clearly doesn’t know what reality stone can actually do
0:18 Thor says that he will die from Thanos, sneak peak
Yeah he could just turn everything to bubble,or something...like thanos did

I really like how they highlight Thors insane strength here. Like when he cracks the ground upon landing, and his blows creating shockwaves. I've always felt like he's missed that detail as a character. I think DC does their super powerful characters better in that aspect. When Superman is fighting Zod and Doomsday you can feel how powerful his hits are. I think they should have done small details like that with both Thor and Hulk way more.
I don't think Marvel knows how to showcase the power of beings like Thor and Hulk in the MCU.
Ragnarok PXN They do it occasionally: Thor in this fight, when he shatters loads of ice in Jotunheim, taking down Leviathans, destroying an Outrider Drop Pod (size of a city block), etc.
Obviously they’re nerfed compared to their comic counterparts, who can shatter planets and shit - but they do know how to display power, though they could stand to do it more often.
Yup this fight scene is underrated
@@naingmon yeah but Thor really hasn't done anything close to the frost giant fight since he learn humility I mean him and hulk going at should be like Superman vs Zod or least on par with Hulk vs Hulk buster and yeah he destroyed the outrider ship but with both Mjolnir and Stormbreaker he didn't take down Thanos ship it had to be Captain Marvel and he struggled with a no gauntlet Thanos while he had both his weapons.
Yeah comicbook he can bust planets but least in the movies he could be city buster level being and treat him like a god.
They just underpowered thor
This movie is severely underrated and proves that Thor is still one of the most powerful Avenger.
1. He destroyed the Aether before Wanda destroyed the Mind Stone.
2. He was able to fight Malekith (who was using the Reality Stone), while Captain Marvel got one-shotted by the Power Stone.
And all this before he was awakened.
yes lol
I COMPLETELY AGREE WITH YOU 👍👍👍👍!!!!
"THOR: The Dark World" is also my favorite one in the series 😁 ! I really cannot understand all of the hate that it gets and keeps on getting 🙄 ! Instead of appreciating the grounded realism & seriousness of the first two "THOR" solo films, it seems like people prefer the campiness & self-deprecating humor of "Ragnarok" and "Love And Thunder" 🙄 ! Thor choose solo for this mission . Whatever it takess
Tony just had an operation that fixed his heart and may be still recovering. Hawkeye & Natasha could be away on a mission. Fury may have known but chose not to call Steve as this is a cosmic-level threat. Banner is lying low and under the radar after the events of Avengers 1. So Thor decides to go solo believing in his capabilities.
It was in London their headquarters is in NYC so it would have been really crazy if all of them show up in London
Serge Chaves Except Steve was called to fight Loki, who was considered a cosmic threat too
2:40 Thor strength is really impressive
This guy got the power to alter reality and all he does is throwing dark spikes at Thor....
People are giving Malekith shit about how he used the reality stone. He was about to use it to revert the entire universe back to primordial darkness, killing everyone and everything. That's WAY WORSE than Thanos' snap. And he was gonna do it using the reality stone ALONE.
You can blame bad writing, whatever. But the bottom line is: This fight had the biggest stakes in the entire MCU.
@@ThirstyEdits Not really. The fight against Ultron and Thanos has far bigger stakes in the entire MCU. Not to mentioned Dr. Strange fighting Kaecilius in Hong Kong was also one of the bigger stakes which could destroy the entire universe/reality

If malekith was smart, he would have taken a page out of thanos's playbook, turn mjolnir into bubbles
You can't do that to Mjolnir. The stones have their limits. Thanos tried using all of them to stop Stormbreaker and got an ax in his chest. There is no way just one takes out Mewmew.
@@alphanerd7221 You actually can turn Mjolnir into bubbles. It's very much possible. Thanos only used the STONES POWER and not the stones actually abilities when he tried to stop storm breaker.
@@Chaosity1k That's baseless conjecture on your part. Just because Thanos appeared to turn a normal weapon into bubbles at one point doesn't mean that could be done to Mjolnir. The full gauntlet had little to no effect on Stormbreaker. Your claim that Thanos never tried the "abilities" is not based in anything. For all you know he was trying to turn it into bubbles, shatter it, and revert it to it's components.
Also, "power" is the power stone's ability and that didn't even slow the thing down. Even by your standard that had no effect so why would you assume the others could?
The fact is top Asgardians and their weapons just dwarf the gauntlet in combat. Hela walks right by the space stone and just leaves it there because it's not worth carrying around while she is taking over Asgard and preparing to fight her brothers.
Why do you think Thanos spends all his time hiding from the galaxy until Odin dies?
@@alphanerd7221 The reality stone can alter anything, and I mean anything. Thanos wouldn't stop Mjolnir/storm breaker if he wanted to because the infinity gauntlet was created by the person who made Mjolnir/storm breaker so he must of put some special enchantment or something.
@@Chaosity1k Yeah I know you make that claim. The problem is the movie indicates nothing of the sort. As a matter of fact mostly what the reality stone does is illusions and it never alters anything sentient, organic, or made of neutronium.
The other part of your post makes no sense. I think you got at least one word wrong and the punctuation is insufficient.
People are giving Malekith shit about how he used the reality stone. He was about to use it to revert the entire universe back to primordial darkness, killing everyone and everything. That's WAY WORSE than Thanos' snap. And he was gonna do it using the reality stone ALONE.
