Fans love to try and work out what was happening on stage between the Rollers and I guess that's a sign of an enduring affection for the band!. I think the rivalries between them are well documented but they always gave a professional, exciting performance. Even today the 'rock' business is a tough scene and there are some huge egos floating around and petty jealousies; so not much changes! The Rollers in their 'heyday' had it ALL and are unrivaled in their ability to fascinate and involve audiences. So glad we have these videos to remind us what rock and roll is all about! Regards, Jo.

@streatleyred There is nothing wrong with being a STRAIGHT male fan of The Bay City Rollers and their music. The fact is that they made a number of quality singles - not to mention albums - in the mid-1970's. And you're right ...... "Give A Lil Love" was one of their best. In fact, it was one of the classic number 1 hit singles of the 70's, in my opinion.

I am a 43 year old Danish woman who was a big BCR fan when I was a teen. I got to meet Les and was the happiest girl until I saw him with his boyfriend John. It broke my poor teenage heart. Saw the BCR in concert about 15 years ago, where Les and Ian looked like a couple of old junkies. That was such a sad sight to see. But I still love the music and can still get the same feelings I got when I listend to once upon a star, you're a woman and all of the other great songs they did. Long live BCR

He got sick of it,when fans found out where Eric and woody lived, they were annoying,and the local cop was called round,he also had Eric and woody gold and silver discs and awards, as they didn't trust the roadies,still haven't got them back.

hi, i sent a suggestion to their message boards on an idea i had about having a reunion and either selling dvds of it, or doing it as a pay-per-view concert . if they agreed to it, they'd make quite a bit of money and thrill their fans to DEATH!!!
they were so original and could sing ballads andthe lively songs, not like todays one hit wonders that you can not even understand what they are singing about , are we all that old now ??? I think not lol

One of the biggest boy bands in history to never see a penny of their money or earnings, not a penny= shameful. Les still fights today for the money.
