Thanks for the video review, I wonder if Hogue has stiffened up their stocks some because everyone out there says they cannot shoot accurately due to the flex in them. You sure proved that wrong!
Looks like an excellent rifle, especially a great shooting rifle for the price and a 7mmPRC. One quick question is the trigger guard, actually metal or polymer.
@@elchupagoats956 Thanks! If you end up shooting some please post the results. Those all copper bullets look awesome for hunting, but can be hit or miss on group sizes.
@@elchupagoats956 I have both. All three actually. A hogue rubber. A hogue aluminum and a Oryx coming this week! Im wanting a 400 Legend a d deciding. Between the Savage 110 I can get now or the American GEN II who knows when... NO ALUMINUM pushes me back to Ruger.
This thing in a magpul hunter or chassis would make an excellent lower cost precision rifles. Savage doesn’t miss on barrel accuracy and the actions are the bad.
Magpul hunter stock are for short action so I ordered a Mdt oryx chassis for it. The only problem it we shipped till 3/27/24 because they're backorder. But yes savages makes really accurate rifles.
Nice setup!
Thanks

Thanks for watching. An yes hogue makes a full aluminum bed stock. But I ordered a mdt oryx chassis and I'll make a update video on it.

It's polymer
Just got the same rifle and will be ordering the Arken as well. What size scope rings did you go with?
Monstrum pro series 7075 med size
Just an FYI Hogue sells another rubber over mold stock but with a full aluminum bedding block and that one is definitely more rigid
I just ordered last night a Mdt oryx chassis. Hogue are nice stocks i just want something more adjustable to fit me.
Good video thank you how's the recoil on that thing with that muzzle break?
I have shot 308s that kick a lot more. Recoil is manageable with an without the suppressor. Thanks for watching
What was part #for rail
Found it
Thanks for this review. I’m considering the same rifle scope combo. Any idea what the total weight is? Thanks!
Thanks for watching. And around 10.5 pounds.
Have you had the chance to check accuracy from the Hornady 160gr copper CX Outfitter ammo?
Only the match and hunter precision.

Is this Hogue stock the one with the aluminum bedding block?
No it's not
@@elchupagoats956 Thank you... That changes things.
That's why I decided to go with the MDT Oryx chassis for it. Still, a really nice rifle for the money.

I was thinking of getting a ruger american Gen ii in 6mm creedmoor, but i haven't seen them in stock.
