I just did this for the first time. I didn't have to take the panel off. That tiny black peg-like structure that's also to the right, you just screw that off, pull the fabric back, and the bulb is accessible that way.

Funny thing is I was behind a 2011 Ford Fusion yesterday. The rear left lamp was out and mine wasn’t! When I got home my 2011 Ford Fusion rear left lamp went out ON ME LOL! Right after a rear brake job....LoL! I could’ve killed two birds with one mechanic LoL 😂 Thanks for the video!!!!

@@stevekonbass Actually with the fusion and focus it's different. And i just discovered that. I just bought the bulb and thought it would be an easy fix. I opened the trunk and pulled away the plastic clover. Then I realized you have to take out a few bolts and pull the back light away from the body. I didn't have the time and took it to a garage I often go to and got it done.

I'm gonna try it... my Hazzard light doesn't work on that side either. Do u think if I just change the 1 bulb it will work for both blinker & hazzard?
