- Toyota is quite effectively threading the needle with a smaller, more efficient Land Cruiser.

Learn the product before you release a review. You're comparing a full size land cruiser vs a Prado.
Also they come out in many engine configurations, it's not all about the US market.
Please explain the difference between this journalism video and a Toyota advertisement.
That's cool and all, but please ask Toyota when we finally get the Stout!
What if it’s electric?
@@cactuscanine3531 I think/hope they will have a 2 liter option like the Santa cruz and Maverick. Even cooler if they use the new 3 cylinder from the GR yaris and corolla. I just want a small light duty pickup to carry my mountain bikes or random furniture around in. There is too much focus on off road vehicles these days. I'm not totally opposed to a hybrid as long as I don't have to plug it in.
また世界一壊れない新しいオフローダー「ランドクルーザー」が誕生しましたね。
NEW TOYOTA LANDCRUISER 👑
FJ cruiser & Bronco had a baby😂
Toyota really nailed the look of new Landcruiser ❤❤
Still don’t get the point of this and the 4Runner being sold on the same lot
Why not? Outside the US Toyota sells the Fortuner (Hilux based SUV), 70-series LC, 150/250 LC and 300-series alongside each other.
Not everybody wants a 4runner, some buyers want the "Land Cruiser" nameplate which is the most valuable nameplate with the most heritage in Toyota's lineup.
@@electrikoptik Toyota may just kill off the weirdly-named Fortuner outright and replace it with either the 4Runner or a completely different SUV based on the TNGA Hilux and may take the name Land Cruiser Sport. Speaking of Hilux, will the TNGA Hilux be related on the new Tacoma? Will both the next Hilux pickup and the Land Cruiser Sport (formerly Fortuner) SUV spawn Lexus variants? The SUV version could come stateside and sit below the roughly full-size GX.
I hope it's better than when they tried turning Land cruiser into just fj those were garbage I had a fj60 one of the best off-road 4x4s I ever had only got stuck once lol did so good
I’ll keep my 1975 FJ40.
Ill keep my 87 FJ62 wish I would have never sold my 74 FJ40
Cool story
I have kept my 1980 fj40 and have ordered this. Cant wait
It's a stunning looking car, both inside and outside.
I like the styling, but I am still happier to be driving my nicely equipped ford bronco with a manual transmission.
Looks an awful lot like the defender I had in 2020…..
Except this one is reliable
@@mc1738 just like when Toyota copied Land Rover and Jeep in the fifties!
Back door looks more useful too
It will be on my list next time a vehicle change is on the cards
To me it looks like past Land Cruiser models being the 40/50/60 and 80-series all of which was the inspiration for its styling.
This has become a novelty item. Just get the Lexus LX
Soooo..why does this remind me of a far less aggressive Bronco?
It's really just a 4Runner
For every bit of aggressive the bronco has. The landcrusier has in capabilities
@@Bold-Told I was literally saying it has very similar tech as the bronco. But go ahead and be offended if you want. 🙄
@@Ovres I'm not offended lol
Because the Bronco used the land cruiser for inspiration.
Just knowing there’s an actual Landcruiser in Europe with a diesel engine and a third row; I just can’t get on board with this Toyota Bronco wannabe.
Not worth it I got the GX for $2k more
What’s so great about it? It’s cramped, overpriced, guaranteed markups, cheap interior, a 4 cylinder, small trunk etc
What is with the huge push for this vehicle? I’m tired of seeing these already!!
It’s a 300,000 mile Toyota.
@@mini2nut67 right… the second you stick a Toyota logo on anything it means the mythical instant reliability 😂
Am toyota fan and I agreed especially on interior and power train😊
Also probably unibody which means no viable suspension upgrades for offeoad
Ugly and 4 cylinder. Big pass.
Nice car, but not a Land Cruiser. More like an oversized rav4. How the mighty have fallen 😢
It’s a Prado
What are you talking about?Rav 4 it's awd and a suv, it's not 4x4, not body on frame, no lockers and no 4L. 😅
Its not a land cruiser the real 1 is sold in the middle east
and Australia
And by Lexus
