    Hello sir, maine 15 days phijiotherapy karwa Li hai ab strain aur pain nhi ho raha hai but groin area ki muscle weak, tightness aur heavy sa lag raha hai ab mujhe aage proper thik karne ke liye kya karna hoga aur kitne days aur lagenge thik hone mei proper

      Muscles ki strength ko badhaiye aur regular stretching kariye, groin pain par already video bnaya hai usko aap dekh lein👍🏻 core strength bhi jaruri hai groin injury se bachne ke liye, core strengthening par video link mai hai
