It's fake he didn't use clay to connect the stones, he used mortar. A straw-water-sand clay mixture doesn't keep its form when it gets wet. Mortar does. The primitive mixture would have another color and he would have shown us that he mixed it if I would have used primitiv technologie.
In another video he made his own mortar.

The only thing that bugs me about this is the fact he's stacking the stone straight instead of interlocking them. Interlocking them will give the give the structure strength, just stacking up straight will make it very weak.
And that fact at 1:55 that bridge isn't exactly how you supposed to do it. Stone is very good at compressive strength, but terrible with tension.
That's why on Castle doorways and whatnot use arches because of arch uses compressive strength
You could add a blower device (like the guys forging iron on another channel) to make a full-fledged Jacuzzi.

The stuff he is using is soil brick mix.

They just wake up & get after it...dont throw on a pot of coffee...read a newspaper...b4 starting the day off...lol
Just look at the number of new videos that the movie crew produces each week using the same actors. There is no way 1 person can do that much work, without a whole lot of help from a whole lot of other people working off camera. On many of these videos if you pause it at the right time you can clearly see the tire tracks and marks in the ground from heavy machinery that dug the holes carried the materials. It is impossible for 1 human to do all of the work by himself and produce that many pools, and buildings each and every week. They are clearly just really bad actors with a really bad film crew. On one video you could even stop it just right and you saw a single picture of the backhoe that actually dug the hole and you can see the tire tracks in the dirt leading from the hole to where it was parked.
