Angela needed her own space. She can finally be heard with her male counterparts. I love it when Cardi talks about her vision for her music. Soooo glad she put Meg on this bc she KILLED it!! When you hear this song, you gotta just move something. Cardi is genuinely charismatic, personable, hilariously funny & down to earth. This was a good interview.

One thing that separates Angela Yee from everybody else is she doesn’t ask the same questions that other interviewers ask. For example; I haven’t heard anyone mention the 50th year of hip hop and what artists/songs were Cardi listening to/watching back in the day. Shoutout to you Yee. Much success to you and Cardi.

SO proud of Cardi. It feels almost unreal as just fans of day1 before even her music career, so I can only imagine how it feels for her. When you're meant for stardom, that's how it goes so I just pray she trusts her intuition in this industry. Even people decades in that know how to portray as genuine can be against you. Rap was never about VISUALS but flow, delivery, & confidence. I can appreciate the visuals but why are we forgetting about actual BARS?!

This was a really good interview I saw The Breakfast Club interview first. Then watched Way Up and it seems Cardi was more relaxed with Angela. Both were good in their own way however I enjoyed the Way Up interview more. Love Cardi either way
