sir, I have a problem making the necessary dilutions for the calibration curve. I also have a problem in the anion pump which displays “CMB-20 error” I cannot find the solution. finally I work on an ion chromatography with double pump and automatic injection. I thank you for your help.
For issues like ghost peaks, is there a way to run a no injection instrument blank (run just the gradient program with no sample) on an LC system? I've done it on GC to rule out sample prep or dirty injection needles

in labsolution shimadzu HPLC-PDA
Open the Software: Launch LabSolutions and open the data file containing your chromatogram and spectral data.
Navigate to PDA Data: Go to the section where PDA data can be analyzed.
Select Peak: Choose the peak for which you want to calculate the Purity and Threshold Angles.
Run Analysis: There should be an option to calculate or display the Purity and Threshold Angles. Follow the on-screen instructions.
Interpret Results: Once the angles are calculated, compare them to assess the purity of the peak.
