I see what this stuff can do for those who couldn't do it for themselves using other methods, etc.. and I hope and pray this medicine across the board regardless of the mfg makes it affordable to everyone who needs it! Amazing job on the 16lbs your first month that's awesome!! And 120lbs on your own is amazing as well! My insurance won't cover weight loss drugs and i'm not diabetic so I have been using the generic compound version of tirzepatide and it's waaaaay cheaper than paying full price for the name brand lol, just a thought if ur insurance ever stops covering it maybe that might be an option ❤

Also - Most people whose insurance doesn't cover these meds use compounded versions for SO much less money than that! I should make a video all about compounded meds and what they are! :) I wish my insurance covered these meds. I am SO happy that you have coverage!
@@nykweighsin yeah I seen so many using compounds. I truly hope I don’t need to search alternatives but in the event I do I know it’s an option so I’m happy that I’ve learned that! I know I said it in the video and it does sound horrible to say and I don’t mean it like that but I’m lucky that I got the T2D diagnosis otherwise I would’ve never looked into this again.

I have bad cystic acne been fighting it for decades. I am supposed to be on mounjaro but cannot get it filled anywhere. Been on Ozimpic for over 2 months I have lost 25 pounds.
I have p.c.o.s and had a total hysterectomy. I am type 2 diabetic.
I’m so sorry to hear about the acne, its truly horrible. Have you found anything that works? I have not yet except more meds which I really don’t want to do. My doctor for just told me yesterday a full hysterectomy is on the table again. It’s pretty scary to think about. I refilled yesterday (3 weeks from this debacle) and they had it ready to go in hours. Have you tried again in the last few days/week? I do hope you can find it soon.
These meds have CHANGED MY LIFE! I also have hormonal breakouts, it's usually on my chin!! Also - I'm totally jealous of your long hair! I need mine to grow out! ONE MONTH! So exciting! I am glad you took that dive even though you weren't super into it! It's SO worth it! Don't listen to all that bad press!! The press wants to over dramatize EVERYTHING!! Yes, some people do have those side effects but it's such a SMALL amount of people! These meds have changed my life & they are about to change yours too! I can't wait to watch it happen for you! @@nykweighsin aw thank you! One thing about me is I may hear about it first from media but I always go search for the research and go from there. I’m so happy you were able to have great results! Hormonal outbreaks are no joke and I always get mine on my cheeks it’s terrible.

Personally if you’re concerned about any possibility of this being contradicted for your health conditions please speak to your health care provider and or pharmacist regarding them. They are your best resource. However although I’m not a doctor or pharmacist, I cannot confirm that it cannot effect asthma or heartbeats (I assume that’s what you mean like a racing heart) I can only tell you my personal experience, and what I’ve read as far as adverse reactions I have found no difference in either asthma issues or heart issues. I am on a once daily prophylactic asthma medication and only once in a while still require my rescue inhaler, I get all my medications from the same pharmacy they did not alert for any contraindications of any of my medications.
