I have copd and I’m going in next week for an echo after my angio ct indicated PAH. I’m nervous, but I immediately thought of you and all of your helpful videos and positivity. I’m happy to say that I am doing great! And with that being said, I’m sorry to say that I have been so busy that it’s been difficult to keep up with the videos on the channel. I moved to Texas and hated it so moved home to Ohio and that turned into a horrible experience in the middle of covid and having end stage COPD. I think it has taken a toll on me for sure. We took an apartment we hated and then finally we got a place we did want and that's the short story. My twin (who is on O2) is going in for Zephyr valves at the end of this month in Indianapolis and then me after that. I need the CT Scan yet to see if I qualify. I was curious why you didn't get Zephyr valves. I think you probably told why but I can't find it. Just the short version would be great. No video just on this thread right here. I would also love to let you know how our journey goes and share. I might make a fb group just for this. What do you think? Thank you again for getting back to me. I wish you many years of health and happiness. I also understand if you can't get back to me. 😊🌻🐝

hi, im glad your doing well and that your year has been crazy busy. without the transplant your year would have probably been crazy busy but in much rougher and limiting ways. look forward to hearing more about the real details of life post transplant pretty much with when you were first awake after the transplant and time in the hospital, some of the mental battles that did or would possibly come up while in the hospital. i am on track to be doing this exact operation i imagine sometime this year. thanks for your time and insights.

Before transplant I had to limit liquids, and foods with salts and carbs always made breathing more difficult. At that time I did best with as simple diets as possible.
