- Welcome to the Madden 24 Franchise Rebuild with the Las Vegas Raiders.
The Raiders are a team that's struggled for decades. Many have tried to fix this once great franchise but the Raiders have hired (and fired) 9 head coaches, have had 13 10+ loss seasons, all since their last playoff win in the 2002 AFC Championship Game.
There is a lot of dust in the trophy case as the Raiders last won a Super Bowl 40+ years ago. No team should rebuild as long as they've had to. Now I'm looking take them over to restore this Franchise to its' former glory.
On my MrHurriicaneLP channel I make sports gaming lets play series. My series focus on building teams and players from sports like baseball and football. I play games such as Madden 24, NCAA Football 14, MLB The Show 23 and more.

That PI call on a hail mary is insane lol classic madden
Just think, if not for that bit of absurdity the Raiders would've lost all three games! 😮😮😮
@@DolFan316well it would’ve gone into ot so who knows
Hey Cane, something I think you should consider is making your rebuild franchise next madden on PC and modding it. I think it would breathe new life into the concept and there are endless mods to make it more realistic from gameplay to franchise mode itself. I hope it’s something you think about!
I agree with this 100%
where do u get the mods?
I would love to see him do that! The gameplay in this series and the Saints franchise is aggravating to watch
Anthony Clinton is sneaky fast, tenacious, high IQ, and a good locker room guy. Hard worker.
Mahomes is now officially Stockton’s Father & legal guardian
Stockton is only like 3-5 against him lol
The first two carries for Jacobs in the Bills game highlight how good the Madden game has become with realistic running. The little stutter step pause on the two yarder and the patient wait for the blocking to develop on the sweep was awesome
This reminds me a bit of the Houston rebuild. You thought you had the guy at QB, but he never could get the team over the hump. He is so inconsistent at the wrong times. You got lucky with the Bills win, so it was a pretty subpar 3 games.
sounds like dak prescott
This is a live off-season if I ever saw one cane!!!
I think one thing you're looking past with Stockton is that he has taken the same number of sacks through 14 games this season that he has taken in past seasons through 17 games. His yards look about the same, but TD's he's looking to have 5 or 6 more this season than last. He's not a bad QB, and he has weapons. I think looking at the O-line and possibly the playbook might help a little bit. The talent is there for the team, just need to put everything together.
But watching the Games and not just looking at the numbers a lot of those sacks are just him holding onto the ball too long his overall doesn’t mean anything because his traits are just a bad combo it seems
That would be the 3rd playbook change to accommodate Stockton. And plenty of resources have been put into the oline. He's not gonna magically acquire a 90+ overall lineman
I don't necessarily think the playbook changes should be 100% to attributed to Stockton, but to help the O-line/WR combo. Stockton would just benefit from that change.
100% agree the traits aren't a very good combo. I just think it's worth looking at both the game film and the numbers, and the numbers are showing he's getting sacked at a slightly higher pace than years prior.
The run defence was incredible to watch this episode!
Hopefully injuries can start to actually matter again.
Edit: Whoops, lol
But I still think injuries should be a little more frequent.
MAN Stockton is just wildly all over the board. Love the drama!
That ending to the bills is pure Lowcow of the Week material
What a stupid game that Bills game was, lol
Classic example of why madden is so bad. Just the most unrealistic simulation experience you can imagine.
yk oddly enough that corky shit is what i enjoy about this series
@@isurrender3640how when the bills did something similar to that irl against the broncos 💀
27:20 What happened did the game think this was OB? If that first down counts this game is likely a win since we would probably get at least a field goal if not more.
Idk how Cane didn’t notice that. If he challenges, that game is a win.
who woulda thought Bateman was what really brought this offense together, imo he makes stockton look elite
i will say the bills game was one of your best calls of the franchise very alias, i enjoyed it fr “common carl” great call i had a tough day n that brightened it
Stockton is painful to watch at times... that jags game had me raging at my phone lol
I love this series😫
Swap Adams and Bateman. Apparently Stockton likes WR2 routes better as Bateman has like 30 more receptions. Adams there is your best WR in your QBs go to spot. It can only help your playoff chances. Adams is too good to have so many less targets.
God I am so ready for TE1 Joe Roberts next year. Its definitely a position that doesnt need a high overall in the sim or in the game.
WHY CANT MAXX CROSBY PLAY WITH A BROKEN THUMB? IM PRETTY SURE THEY CAN CAST IT AND HE COULD TOTALLY PLAY. CLAY MATHEWS COMES TO MIND WHEN HE WORE A CAST FOR A FEW GAMES BACK IN THE DAY
More games with QB JaMarcus Stockton. Great video
i love that play early in the Buffalo game that Stockton finally threw away the ball, while he had someone open that would have converted the 3rd down. kind of summarizes his career so far.
these all white jerseys were fire
Gotta get pass rush out of Wilson, upgrade zone defense with faster LBs and corners. They will progress with PT
Not having a pass rush against the Chiefs is a recipe for disaster. 45 attempts when we jumped into the game 45 and no sacks that’s this team’s fatal flaw.
Anyone notice that that comeback route to Adam’s was actually ruled incomplete 27:20
This team is so talented i don’t get why they are underperforming so much
Stockton is useless in any two minute drill. Idk if it’s him specifically or the game but his obsession with 3 yard routes until 10 seconds left is insane.
ive noticed the playbook is pretty bad in the two minutes lots of shots with a checkdown
that Pi call against the Bills is the season defining play for this Raiders team 😂
I think if this team misses out on the playoffs, it might be best to blow it up. Team is getting old and getting a lot of capital if the team can’t compete right now might be best as some of the other AFC teams age out a bit.
This is the closest i can get to watching games. I can't afford a game pass. Thanks Hurricane!
As a Bills fan I feel personally attacked by that PI call
That shot at buffalo with the chiefs was just not necessary 😭
I'm impressed the Broncos are last in the conference with 4 wins. Maybe they'll take a QB in the draft finally.
I would re-sign Crosby now. If the season ends bad his interest in returning likely won't be as high.
Crosby doesn’t get hurt, you win against the jags.
Stockton is the "Warren Moon" of the LV Raiders. Great stats, but they don't mean much as they don't make you a winner. Sorry to say but it would be wise to blow it up and look at the next two years of building a contender than trying to hold on to what you have and be salary cap strapped.
I think the worst part about Stockton's game is the fact that he's like a career 63% completion percentage, and yet he's not a volume passer and he does not put up yards per game numbers that make you feel inspired. Especially in madden, where you can get quarterbacks completion percentage as high as like 72%, him sitting at low 60s and struggling to even get 4,000 yd on the season having played every game is pretty damning. Especially when the weapons are unimpeachably excellent. Maybe the Best Supporting Cast in the NFL, and not an awful offensive line.
It isn't that he's volatile Derek Carr, it's that he's volatile Jimmy Garoppolo, and this sure isn't the 49ers scheme ready to carry him.
"this team's too good not to make the playoffs" typical Raiders homer
That Bills game made the defense look horrid
I think that you should blow the team up if you miss the playoffs.
I am 100% sure that stockton meter is broken as its trending the wrong way. Stockton is a BUST at QB. He is a Jamies Winston at his ceiling.
Between blake westbrook and stockton I wanna rip my hair out
I think its time to close the book on the Stockton era.
AT 17:58 IS THAT A DEREK CARR SIGHTING??????
This offseason you need to make a change at quarterback
Cane do you use the live playbooks or no? I use them but i feel teams are too pass heavy
Stockton is fine, Clinton‘s drop was what lost us the game.
Stocktons completion percentage looks bad I think that's a part of his stats that show whats happening in game
time to either bring in a vet at QB or start this whole show over, lock down crosby of course or multi 1st rounders
That PI call was so lame 😂
14:20 i just want to, for carl’s sake, point out that i actually think carl morton did bring allen down
Hmm consider trading Adams in the off season if A.C is Breaking out. For another pass rusher and a low 2nd rounder
Getting a bit tired of always seeing the most action in the last 5 minutes of every game, with the opponent's QB turning into prime Joe Montana. They just never miss a throw in the 4th quarter closing stages.
I just started watching his series. Can anyone tell me what slider set he’s using?
All pro with no sliders
Mahomes just too good
Tag and trade Adams. Either draft a solid receiver or sign a younger guy in free agency
I think you sign Crosby and Jacobs and let Davante walk
Maxx Crosby would not miss games cause of a broken thumb. One of the toughest dudes in the league smh
This is a great team, except Stockton isn't a winner. Trade him for picks in the offseason and get a quarterback with perfect traits.
#45 has been suspended indefinitely for sports gambling after letting the Jags score to take the lead.
Last
🤣
Fire both oc and dc
Something with Clinton and his route running is off. So many missed throws and interceptions when Clinton is targeted! I think giving someone else some reps would be a good idea
petrofsky is the best franchise QB u ever drafted
Why are we still with stockton i really think thats what is holding this team back.. then again you will stick with him more then likely to get the same result in year 4 🤦
Deserved to lose for wearing the Raiders color rush jerseys. They're legimitately awful and the white pants have only been worn once in they're 60+ years.
They shouldn't even have them in the game lol
Anthony Clinton looks goofy with those arm sleeves
With Stockton's fatal flaw being his traits, why not change them in the offseason with a coaching change? It happens every year, a team brings in a new coordinator and changes the philosophy of the players.
Get him a westcoast focused coordinator and make his tendencies more conservative.
Cane doesn't edit players
Also turning a strong arm/low accuracy quarterback into a west coast style with quick routes and timing patterns just isn't the right movem.
If he wants that he should be trading Stockton for a huge haul and restarting.
Trait edits are out of the question. But he already changed the playbook for Stockton. If anything they need a playbook with all deep passes. Stockton sucks at the short game
@@marshfellowman He does if it realistically makes sense. Assuming a quarterback could NEVER change their aggressiveness or playstyle makes no sense. Look at players like Michael Vick, Alex Smith, Carson Wentz (that one is far less positive of a change), and even Brady when he went into overdrive in the middle of his career.
