    I just had a TLIF surgery on L3-L5. When I look at the post surgery scans, the cage is not centered and is more on the right side of my disc. Is it supposed to be placed anterior and centered. Will this cause me problems in the furture. Adjacent disc disease?

    What is optimum anterior and posterior margins of the cage from anterior and posterior borders?
