Summary. It seems that Elite sports people appear more important than joe public...and they wonder why the nhs has a bad rep! Peoples lives get ruined through lack of mobility, in turn it costs the Nhs more, mental health issues set in, obesity, heart problems etc. Its not good at all. Ive just ruptured mine, fitted in a vacoped boot. Gap of 4.7mm between the torn ends. Gap feels way bigger to touch! Im wondering if they should have said 4.7cm...if thats the case..mine wont heal and will end up needing an operation!
great dr Rishi, thank you so much for teaching

I just had a TLIF surgery on L3-L5. When I look at the post surgery scans, the cage is not centered and is more on the right side of my disc. Is it supposed to be placed anterior and centered. Will this cause me problems in the furture. Adjacent disc disease?

At the timestamp around 16min 19 sec of this video, commentary says "...just proximal and anterior to the epicondyle", but the text says 'posterior'. Please clear the confusion.
I’m surprised wrist joint replacement was not mentioned.
