- Sometimes life doesn't go according to plan but it's just a matter of putting one foot in front of the other. This is a week of training that I am happy to call complete, even though there was minimal training actually involved.

You're amazing! Everyone struggles - just remember you're not alone! ❤❤❤ I hope you're doing better. I'll support you!
You are too sweet!! Thank you so much
Also, I wanted to tell you that I'm super happy I found your channel. There are no women runners near me, and so even though we don't know each other I feel supported by you and I support you! 🙏🙏🙏 Please continue to share your journey and your genuineness.
I am currently also training for a race and had a very bad couple of months where i stopped training. I am slowly trying to get myself back together again and maybe thats why you appeared on my feed. And i am so happy about it! Thank you for showing what life can be like sometimes. I think i will try to get back into running (with you as my wake up call). So thank you! And so glad i found your channel through this video❤❤❤
This warms my heart thank you! I hope you have a wonderful journey back into the world of running, I'm honored to be a part of it : )
Fellow runner and new subscriber here! Prayers you get back to feeling 💯 and everything you are dealing with and going through gets better!! Keep your head up you’ve got this! 💪🏻
Appreciate you! Thanks for the encouragement 🙌
Your amazing!! Hope everything starts getting better!
Thank you so much!
I feel you - I've been sick (I think combo food poisoning plus flu) for a week and just think I turned the corner. My two french bulldogs kept me company.
Oh man, the winter season is coming for us all
You're such an inspiration, and your humor reminds me of Brittney Broski (love her). Enjoying seeing your progress! I hope to also run a marathon next year. I've always heard the hardest part of running is everything except the running (fueling, life, illness, recovery, other responsibilities, etc) Best of luck to you and everything going on.
I adore Brittney Broski, I'm honored! Thanks for the kind comment, truly brightened my day. 2024 is our year of the marathon, you got this!

I'm sorry how the cookie is crumbling. I recently watched "Brooklyn" (2015) for the billionth time and there's a quote about homesickness but I feel like it applies to most things that seem like they'll never stop hurting, "All I can say is that it will pass. Homesickness is like most sicknesses. It'll make you feel wretched and it'll move on to somebody else". Whatever is causing the puffy, I'm telling you it'll pass. It'll hurt, hurt worse but eventually it'll fade and it'll be just a chapter in your life. Wish you well 💙
Thank you
What kinda shoes do you run in? Or would recommend
I’ve been running in Hoka Clifton 9’s for about a month now, and loving them! But I’d suggest going to a running store for recommendations more tailored to you (I went to Fleet Feet). They take free scans of your feet and walking pattern so they can find the shoe that’s ideal for you! Total game changer.
Yay you’re the best! Thank you so much
