  • Happy Week 12 of Training for the LA Marathon! This was a week of surprising myself and pushing the limits. This sport is such a blessing and I feel like a cheese ball but I don’t even care.

    "I'm fighting with air" hahaha it reminds me of the scene in "The Happening" when there's something in their air that's been killing people, so they try to outrun it. You have to watch it for a laugh, the concept is actually interesting but some scenes are trying too much 😆

      I've been following Garmin's "Marathon Training Plan - Intermediate" as a baseline, but I tweak certain workouts to better fit my needs/schedule : )
