Great Video. Man that is a labor intensive business. To make a living at it you have to source, transport and load cases and cases of product. To clear $50k a year, guessing you are prolly looking at 75-100 cases a week? That's a lot. All that loading would get old quick.
I followed your advice and bought 2 newly rebuilt vendo 721 machines with CC readers installed. I wanted to stick to soda only but is that a bad idea? Should I work on getting 2 snack machines to pair them? Not wanting to deal with the spoilage. But how well can u do with just soda and E drinks? Thanks for the videos. I am learning alot.
Great video, How do you get your first account? Seems to be the hardest thing when you've never done it before. Also margins, you said 50% for product, That's easily achievable with soda, but candy seems to be around .50-.70$ a bar - Do you just take less profit on this?

We actually only use 20oz Water, our soda bottles are 16.9oz and we get most of them from Sam's Club
