To be fair that's how it pretty much is in almost any Resident Evil. You spend most of the first half of the game running around trying to avoid enemies since you don't have much ammo or weaponry, and then by the second half you should finally have the means to start fighting back.
That said, RE7 is a lot more generous with ammo (unless you play on Madhouse), and the last 30 minutes is essentially an awkward corridor shooter, but for the most part that's usually how it is for a lot of classic RE's.
"reattach your foot with that good good healin juice" is what got the laugh out me.
When playing a horror game you got that feeling that every corner theres a jumpscare until
you get a shotgun
Then you run out of bullets...
And you become the zombies' nightmare.

Romeo and Juliette's 'love' story lasted 5 days and 6 people died, including the enamoured 16 and 13-year old. Doesn't take a lot to beat that. Zombies!!

I've been a fan of RE through the years and RE 1 ,2 and 4 are the best ones, I just finished this game in 2 days ....and all i can say is...this is a solid entry to the RE series

I still don't get how Ethan's hand suddenly works perfectly after it's stapled back on, or how the hand has no marks on it from when it got impaled with a screwdriver.
The chem fluid is some kind of fungus-based that promotes fast regeneration.
AJW It's kinda like the fungus that is mentioned in the notes only that this one doesn't cause hallucinations and take over your brain. Honestly makes perfect sense.
Ethan its infected with the fungus, but its in the initial stages of it, he has a sort of healing factor but weak, at the end of the game he is in stage 2 of the infection so he start to see hallucinations and its conecting with Eveline thats why he can comunicate with Jake Baker whe he just destroy his body

I do love that they referenced themselves in calling this game Biohazard, since that was one of the original names for it, but they later decided on Evil Resident, which got backwards in translation. In a way, in their restarting the series, they even brought their original ideas into the name as well as the game itself

Not the whole world, just Tall Oaks, a couple of major cities in China, and Edonia in Eastern Europe. So, almost the whole world, although I do find it odd that there weren't any nods to the major outbreaks, like newspapers or something. Then again, this game takes place in a relatively remote location in Louisiana.
I honestly like how your firepower is limited. Really makes those mold zombies scarier when you can't just blast them to bits

My thoughts of the resident evil series 0-7:
RE0: Its a good prequel but not as better than 1
RE1: A great classic but is probably the hardest in the series
RE2: The second best i've played, great story, gameplay, and characters.
RE3: Kind if like 2 but with more tension with the Nemesis trying to kill you.
RE4: Best game ever, has the most replaybility and does what other horror game don't have- a perfect mix of horror and action.
RE5: More action than 4 but is way more fun playing with a friend.
RE6: I honestly like this game, its good but the replaybility is low than 4 and 5 (not to mention ITS GOOD).
RE7: Never played the game but i've seen walk thoughts and thank god its back on track.
Fun Fact: all the RE series has infinite ammo if you beat it or another way, not lying it true.
What about Revelations? I don't care, those are canon in my book.

Resident evil 7 was a lot more scarier than RE1 and 2 classics combined. Seriously, it is the first time in a zombie game that my heart pumps so fast because of the brutality of the game.😱 Especially I hide with my hands those parts that had body chopping especially when you need to get the key on the police corpse. That was totally grossed things I've ever see in Resident evil series.
Which is why RE2:Remake,RE4,RE5 and yes even RE6 whether you love it or hate it are my top favorite RE games imo.
Because:
#1-I hate the fixed camara.
#2-They have better graphics.
#3-They in third person shooter.
And
#4-I always loved playing as Leon,Claire,Ada and yes,even Chris and Jill.
