So long as a remake does something new, makes it actually interesting, I'm fine with the trend. But Disney doesn't seem to understand that.
I bought the Racoon City pack so I could dive into 3 right after 2. And honestly, with how tense I was playing 2, going through the more action-oriented 3 was a nice way to relax (besides the Nemesis part. He was terrifying enough before I found out he could sprint).
I literally had nightmares before I even played this one lol.
This trailer is almost as long as the actual RE3 game

Unpopular opinion: This game is fantastic and I personally loved it. I've played through it about a dozen times and am about to play through it and the RE2 Remake back to back.
In a world, where every single Honest Game Trailer starts with “In a world, where...”, we need new intros.
Omg I thought I was the only one who was getting sick of hearing him say that non stop...
I hate the “From the company/developers that we do not say the name” line.

Not gonna lie, the only time I laughed was when he said Parasite Steve, that was pretty good.
Nemesis Koolaid-manning through walls also gave me a laugh.
Even the HT for this game was dissapointing
Which reminds me Parasite Eve needs a good remake too, just the first one, forget the rest.

Hearing Parasite Steve makes me really want a Parasite Eve remake or sequel. Those games were really fun (Vagrant Story was too, same engine but more fantasy rpg like, look it up if you've never heard of it).

Would've been cool to be able to hear nemesis from afar and running into his path of destruction, wondering what the hell did this. Would've made the game longer and more suspenseful I think.

Despite how short it was it was still fun. I was left wanting more and that was the main thing that disappointed me, the length. 4 would be cool but who else would be up for Code Veronica? Or better yet RE8?
Yeah, why leave out Code Veronica? It could really use the remake treatment.
Also, can we deck Steve this time for not handing over the guns? Seriously?
To me, RE4 doesn't make sense to remake as it's control scheme still holds up and really is what makes the game so good while the fixed camera tank design was super dated and made it make sense to remake 2 and 3. Bring on 8 with more first person or this new third person style.
I know. I want a Code Veronica Remake. This game needs a Remake and not Resident Evil 4 which still looks great and has good video game controls unlike Code Veronica
Dino Crisis first . RE 4 can wait but seems like Capcom cared more about RE 4 than the length of this game

Imagine if all trailers were like this atleast we would all know EXACTLY what we’re getting ourselves into
For some reason... The RE3 remake just feels more like a good excuse to see just how many times the MC can vomit due to some of the most belching scenarios to be in before reaching the games end. I'd bet plenty that a lot of players got caught by the zombies.. err... mutated looking things just to see how much more insane it could get?!

Everytime I come back to this game I completely forget about the dodge mechanic since I put way more time in RE2.

Lol. So true story. In 7th grade my best friend and I had a bully. I suggested we make friends with him and try to find peace. My best friend looked at me and said that. It both cracked me up and floored me. We did not make friends with him.
Loved RE6 first go around. It was frankly refreshing. Plus, the RE puzzles, other than RE1, have always been dick.

Wow, I really didnt know you could throw eggs at enemies and hurt them in re4. Sweet!!
As much as I loved the game, I cracked up at the 10 minute wait time for RE:Resistance ('cause I've been there) and again at the line about throwing eggs at Ganados in HD.

hey man as someone who never played any of the old resident evils cuz they were before my time, I'm happy they're doing the remakes
I'm late to this comment but you owe it yourself to go and play them. I know the graphics and controls will be dated but give yourself a chance to get adjusted to the controls and get immersed in the story. They really are very good, especially when you put into context it's the mid 90s

@@beatsbykana Nice, those graphics will be the worst out of the originals but if you get around to it the remake of that 1st game is absolutely amazing. I hope you play all of the originals because I'm convinced you will love them, even though I don't know you at all I believe if you give these games even a half chance they will leave a lasting impression

This this one had the bad luck of being launched close to FF VII remake. They wasted so much potential the franchise has but for some reason capcom doesnt want to exploit

I actually like 6 but don't really like the Remakes the only one that I like its RE1 Remake 2 and 3 remake they take out a lot of stuff insted of add or change it completely, like RE1 Remake did they add more stuff not just remaster the game, but since the target audience chance with time the game will change with it so yeah maybe anremaster will be more apreciated than a remake

awww man, what happened to the good Honest Game trailers, that were actually funny and had some good jokes.
I agree with most of what he refers to, but jokes are so flat, and mostly not even funny.
Tone is also just weird, not knowing if he is joking or board of talking into the mic.

Resident Evil resistance (with extra chapter based in RE nemesis) they used the 4 hour long campaign to sell a full price multiplayer games, great marketing

All these years, and most people still don't realise that he says "Giblet Sandwich", not "Jill Sandwich" lol. It's just a weird line read on the word 'giblet', pronouncing it as "jibble". If you listen, once you know, you can hear it.
