I’m an RN and have seen my own patients go septic in front of my eyes because of procedures like this. They come in and their flesh is literally rotting. They have additional surgeries done and are put on antibiotics but are in no way out of the woods. I had a patient tell me she was a “little dizzy”. Within 5 minutes her blood pressure went from 110/80 to 65/30. Thankfully she survived it. I’ve had patients go septic from surgeries that are done by medical professionals too. Why you would have any procedure done by some random person is beyond my comprehension.
Because not everyone is a member of the bourgeoisie who is willing to pay $3000 +.$500 for an orchiectomy and anesthetic, when the average retired army medic or taxidermist can easily perform it with an equal level of precision for next to nothing but providing them the supplies needed.

i was literally thinking about the time a dentist tried to make me go asleep as charlie mentioned that his freind is worried he has to go under for wisdom tooth surgery. i had it done 2 days ago with just a numbed mouth and im already almost recovered. the first dentist office described how they would do with it me awake, the tools used, etc, then in the office the dentist put the needle in my arm and i told him about how hes not supposed to do that, im supposed to be awake, and he said "i dont know who told you that", i said "im not gonna do this while asleep" and he said "yes you are"... so i went to pull the needle out myself and he pulled it out first, told me aggressively to sit where i was already, and called it off. you dont have to be put to sleep if your not comfortable, just let them know you only want to be numbed and be awake, theyll test if you feel any pain beforehand (be honest if you need numbed more) and then theyll yank your teeth out with you awake :) if they're not weird about it i guess...
I got all my wisdom teeth removed while awake... being put to sleep was the most expensive part and I had zero coverage and had to pay out of pocket... its wasn't fun, but not terrible

In total, I worked with someone who was on the list of the top 10 plastic surgeons selected as the best in the world for almost 15 years. We had thousands of patients who wanted to have a brazillian butt lift. Each time these requests were rejected by the surgeon. Finally, I asked him why he refused when thousands of patients were applying and he could earn shit tons of money. The only thing he said to me was that this is the most risky type of surgery in plastic and reconstructive surgery field. Because it is very risky and fat transfer is done with a needle. If the surgeon sticks the needle into one of the veins with a 1-second absent-mindedness, if he sticks it, all blood flow and vascular pathways are blocked like a stone and the patient loses the life instantly. There is no surgeon in any country in the world who performs this type of surgery 100% risk-free, and even if you have the chance to earn millions of dollars in addition, this risk should not be taken because not worth it and easy to lose the life. He even joked that your chance of gambling 1 million dollars in 1 bet and winning is higher than the performing brazillian butt lift surgery without any problems.
It might seem like a logical step for someone making money from medical procedures like butt injections to just get their medical license to cover their tracks. However, obtaining a medical license is a rigorous and transparent process that involves years of medical education, passing a series of examinations.
I mean I worked in the operating room as a nurse and sadly, on occasion, patients will code either due to underlying medical issues, thrown clots, or reactions to anesthesia. And all anesthesiologists here in the US at least, run the code (not the surgeon) and the nursing staff know what to do.
Here, not even qualified aid nurses (I think that's the right translation) are allowed to give injections, but they can get formal approval by a nurse for specific injections after they have confirmed their capability and it still needs to get evaluated frequently. Even with things like testosterone injections that are injected into the glutes need to be given with caution since it can potentially get into your lungs, according to the description for Nebido.

i was literally thinking about the time a dentist tried to make me go asleep as charlie mentioned that his freind is worried he has to go under for wisdom tooth surgery. i had it done 2 days ago with just a numbed mouth and im already almost recovered.
the first dentist office described how they would do with it me awake, the tools used, etc, then in the office the dentist put the needle in my arm and i told him about how hes not supposed to do that, im supposed to be awake, and he said "i dont know who told you that", i said "im not gonna do this while asleep" and he said "yes you are"... so i went to pull the needle out myself and he pulled it out first, told me aggressively to sit where i was already, and called it off.
you dont have to be put to sleep if your not comfortable, just let them know you only want to be numbed and be awake, theyll test if you feel any pain beforehand (be honest if you need numbed more) and then theyll yank your teeth out with you awake :) if they're not weird about it i guess...
I got all my wisdom teeth removed while awake... being put to sleep was the most expensive part and I had zero coverage and had to pay out of pocket... its wasn't fun, but not terrible

From what I've seen, while technically all of them are peace officers due to their ability to "enforce peace" and all by taking down troublemakers, it's probably more specified to people who aren't quite in a wider police officer network and are more so the local sheriff/deputy type.
They can still do the job, their jurisdiction is just a lot smaller.
peace officers in canada are a special form of police that generally enforce disputes with domestic violence and for mental health breakdowns and other things in that realm. they have branded cars that say "peace officer" instead of "police" on their car. not sure if they get special training for that but they just generally are called for those issues before a police officer would be. at least, thats my understandin of it, i could be wrong

He even joked that your chance of gambling 1 million dollars in 1 bet and winning is higher than the performing brazillian butt lift surgery without any problems.

I mean I worked in the operating room as a nurse and sadly, on occasion, patients will code either due to underlying medical issues, thrown clots, or reactions to anesthesia. And all anesthesiologists here in the US at least, run the code (not the surgeon) and the nursing staff know what to do.

Peace officers can be court officers, court employees with peace officer status, employees of state/federal buildings who have peace officer status. You have to complete peace officer training and you then allowed to make arrests under certain circumstances ONLY. Its not the same as a police officer
