What do we think of Ben's lookalike shouts for the evil Beverley Allitt?
100% Buzz!
Buzz for sure, twins separated at birth.
Hey I know that I only watched 4 episodes, can you guys talk about Brenda Spencer case please. It was 6 years before Colombian high school massacre.
Definitely a Buzz! Lol it’s the mouth!
Buzz is spot on
Great work
Thank you brother.
Here from you mateb
Jack you are a legend.
Thanks for shouting them out on Happy Hour. Always need more interesting podcasts to listen to. Gonna check out Radio Rental after you mentioned them this week
@@Wehttamman Radio Rental is awesome! Enjoy!
There is NO condition, NO mental health issue, and NO excuse for harming, killing, securely abusing a child.
It's cases like this that make me second guess myself when it comes to the death sentence.
I was born in that hospital in late 1990, my mum said she'll never forget the name Beverly Allitt
Oh wow, thank goodness you weren’t much later!
I was born in the exact hospital, and routinely visited throughout my life. Surprisingly Beverley Allitt wasn’t a good small talk topic there.
Oh wow! Yeah, I can imagine her name would sour the mood.
I Could Murder A Podcast love the podcast
I would like to see a podcast on Harold Shipman. I believe the murders he committed was in Hyde, Manchester which is just round the corner from where I live. I don’t really know all the information on Harold Shipman so I would be interested in a podcast about it
All these serials getting their dream jobs and i cant even get preapproved for a credit card
Editing in these videos is top class. I know I am repeating myself, but you guys are doing an amazing job!
Thank you Momcilo, glad to hear the work isn't going unnoticed. 🙌🏻
Absolutely fab content guys - only 4 episodes in and I'm on the edge of my seat to see more!
Thanks Lauren!
Makes every Monday better knowing we get a new episode. Already looking forward to next week!
Thanks so much. Next week is a more challenging case than this one, if you can believe that!
Luv u my gawgess boys, Thankyou for the kind words x💞💞x
Stay away from Tom, mum!
Couldn’t do that my darlin, he means a lot to me x💞x

Best new podcast. Loving these. Listened to all 4 in the last 2 days, now I'm sad that I have to wait for more
Just found you guys and completely binging on the episodes. Love it
Found this channel from Tom being on Jack’s podcast, loving the content!
Nice one Jay! Glad to have you on board.
You guys are pure gold. Thank you for the entertainment.
Merry Christmas, happy holidays and a happy new year.
Nice one SRG, have a great Christmas mate!
The fact this is only your 4th episode and yet you are this polished is amazing. Good episode!
Thank you so much, that means a lot! Glad you enjoyed!
Agreed! Very, very impressive! 👍🏾
This is fantastic keep up the good work lads
Loving the content guys! Keep it up 👍🏻
Being a student nurse working in NICU, I find this episode particularly chilling! Especially with what’s going on in the news at Chester NICU. Amazing content though guys ✌🏼🖤✨
Yeah we've been reading about that case. It is horrible.
Came here from Jaackmaate’s happy hour podcast! I’m so glad I’ve discovered this channel
Thanks so much Georgie!
I knew I was on board with this podcast when the wrestling references came out early doors
Hey guys thank-you for all the hard work ! I am binging all of your episodes xD another two cases that I think would be interesting for you to cover would be the only three notable Britiah mass shootings. Hungerford, Dunblane and The Cumbria Shootings.
This podcast was suggested to me on Spotify a few weeks ago, I’m not disappointed
Love the pod lads
Wow that detective dude is a total hero!
Well done lads, must have been a really difficult case to cover but you did a great job.
I came here from JaackMaates Podcast you have recently done. Youve done a great job discussing these topics and i am hooked! Cant wait for the new season. Great job guys! :)
Thanks so much Charlotte!! Really happy to hear you enjoyed! Second season is coming very very soon!
@@ICouldMurderAPodcast Ooo can't wait, in the meantime I'll just binge watch and listen the remaining episodes I've got left. :)
Just discovered your channel, i love it. Im now bingewatching it.
Thanks so much! 💀❤️
Same here; just discovered it a few days ago, and I've already spent nearly every spare minute binging on your content! Luuuurvs!!! 🤩♥️🥰👍🏾
Respect for the reference to the mighty, rightous and utterly loveable Yannick Bolasie! ❤️👍
When I first started watching you guys I was like "look at this pair of utter plonkers" (just going on your appearance)
But your dynamic really is something special, actual lols :) this channel deserves millions of subscribers, keep it up!
Thank you so much mate!
is it weird that i listen to icmap every morning while getting ready for school? It's like "ok I've listened to my daily dose of insanity now I'm ready to go to school and learn 😊"
Just watched this after listening on Spotify earlier - who edits the videos? It's amazing. A personal highlight is the pool shot haha.
Nice podcast. You two just throwing out good'uns!
Thanks Eve. It is I! Me! (Tom)
Loving the Podcast and the editing style
Cheers Ryan!
Same here! It's brilliant!
This is my third video of yours I have watched and I have very much enjoyed them (as much as you can with these stories) I have been looking for a new true crime channel. 👍👍🏻
Thanks Kayleigh! A new series coming soon ❤️💀
I worked at Rampton Hospital for a couple of years and Bev was on my ward, ended up getting to know her well. Its certainly a weird claim to fame. The things I wish I could share!!!
That is spooky! What was she like at the time?
@@ICouldMurderAPodcast it was quite recent, I only left last year - she's pretty chilled out, doesn't do a great deal. Highlight of the week is shopping day (a mini shop on site that sells food and magazines).
She sits in the day room most of the time and is, weirdly, the Queen bee of the women's wards - all the other patients beckon to her every call.
I was there when she became ill with sepsis and I'm pretty sure she brought it on herself 🙄
She doesn't talk openly about what she did but isn't in denial about it. Sometimes even talks about her time as a nurse!
@@ICouldMurderAPodcast ooh and.. It's strange what you found about her dad. I always felt like he didn't really want to be there when they visited, he just sat and read the paper while she spoke with her mum.
Her mum died just before I left and I have wondered since if her dad still visits.
Someone should have been in there to make her days and nights miserable from all the nation....bbev? Bev my fockin arse 🤯
cant stop watching, its 4am😭
59:50 Absolutely creasing at this.
🤭
You should do one on Peter Sutcliffe
Keep your eyes peeled 👀
I love these guys
Thanks Chris!
I grew up near Grantham. It was so shocking and still is!
By the way, I'm binge watching with extremely bad toothache and a swollen face. Thank you for taking my mind off my pain with your podcasts! ✌
Happy to help! Hope you feel better soon :)
@@ICouldMurderAPodcast you did and I do a little thanks but face swollen up like a squirrel on 1 side....not the best look but heeeeeeey, the pain has gone
My mum was a student nurse in Lincolnshire when all this happened and I was a newborn. She worked at a different hospital but I always wondered if they ever crossed paths.
Im a nurse. . You don't tend to choose an admission.... great podcast guys
Please cover the Lucy letby case, eerily similar to this. It would be a hard case to cover however I think it needs to be known how much the hospital failed to protect the poor children
Hey! We’ve covered the Lucy Letby case: series 8 episode 11. Granted, it’s not on CZcams currently, but you can listen now on Spotify 🖤
@@ICouldMurderAPodcast STOP!!!! my boyfriend is fuming because I’m literally fan girling right now, I only just found your podcast the other day and have non stop talked his ear off about it. Thank you for the bedtime story lmao 🤍
💯
Next week octopustorius.
I don't have a lookalike, but I *do* have a "soundalike:" to me, she sounds SO much like a young Angela Lansbury! During that "I told ya, I told ya" recording, I was halfway expecting her to segue into singing "The Worst Pies In London" or something from "Bedknobs and Broomsticks!"
Also, the post-Ribena collapse of her landlord's son made me wonder if she's just obsessed with insulin/blood sugar as a cover? After all, IIRC Ribena is basically just flavoured glucose. (Not that I don't occasionally love the stuff, but still...I'm not diabetic, but sometimes I feel like I could use some insulin after a big glass of the stuff!)
According to Wikipedia she could be eligible for parole in 2023, seems close
This is the saddest one
Definitely. Was very tough to cover!
Right at the start I thought it was an ad read hahah
Come on, Slayer's most famous song is Angel Of Death. It's all about Mengele. Cheers folks.
Think you were channeling Black Adder at the start... fantastic channel, when are you guys coming back?
These guys dinamic is similar to Russel Brand and Matt Morgan from the good ol' radio 6 days.
I was a huge fan of that show, so I love this comment! Thank you mate (Tom)
Matt on his own would occasionally eviscerate Russell, and might be top 5 funniest man in the world. But you can see the influence for sure. Good shout.
I live not far from where this happened
Loved the podcast guys but I don’t think they ever said she wasn’t equipped to work with adults it was just that she wanted to work with the kids and persuaded them when they were also understaffed.
Cheers Alisa. Her poor attendance record and nursing manner wasn't appreciated by people hiring adult nurses. But she certainly manipulated them to allow her to work with kids!
I Could Murder A Podcast wow that seems very counterintuitive! Just got confused from the way you originally described it!
She put a really good act on as one child’s parents made her the godmother to their child. Absolute disgusting excuse for a human being. What would make you carry out things like she did is beyond my comprehension.
She was born the same year and month as my mum
She kinda looks like my my aunt and it’s a little scary cause she’s a nurse too 😳
😯
I told ya, I told ya 😂😂😂
Ben is very proud of that one.
If you’re looking for a lookalike, look no further than “Benny” from Crossroads.
That is a very good shout.
Charles Bronson says in one of his books that he got a look at Fred West through a cell door before he killed himself and he looked just like Benny from Crossroads, apparently. So... Benny from Crossroads is clearly a bad look.
The left guy is Keith lemon
My mum went to school with her. She said she was the silent type
.....im disgusted and angry at the system and that living carcass with no heart and no soul.....my hope is for her to suffer longline....I hope she is haunted by all the pure , amazing souls even after she is dead. I have no enough words for her...
Insulin is natural in the body so even when tested for and they find more than should be in the bloodstream you think pancreatic issue......you hear hooves and think horses not zebras. Small children get very ill rapidly and babies with respiratory issues are often seen as cot death if nothing definitive is found. Raising the alarm is not always an indicator either - I worked on a ward where one poor student nurse had 4 cardiac arrests in 5 days - all at a similar time of day - she decided she couldn't stay in nursing after so many deaths. It is very hard to pick sometimes...........I'm a Registered Nurse.
Thank you very much for this insight. We are always keen to learn. I also love that zebra analogy!
I always thought she looked like Phil and Lil's Mum from Rugrats
Born there in 1991 before she was arrested. I know some of the victims
