In this webinar, you will have a unique chance to learn about system identification from a world-renowned subject expert, Professor Lennart Ljung. Professor Ljung will explain the basic concepts of system identification and will show you how to get started with System Identification Toolbox™.
You will learn:
• Basic concepts behind identification of models using measured data
• How to estimate transfer functions, state space models and other dynamic models easily using a GUI
• How to compare and contrast models, validate their quality and make the estimation results robust to disturbances
• How to use the estimated models for analysis and control design - Věda a technologie
A very famous professor!! I am so lucky to find this video!!
Thank you for the seminar. It has helped me a lot, as it has everything explained thoroughly👏
Very Informative Webinar. Thanks Professor
Hi
Professor mentioned a separate webinar on non-linear system identification. Is their any link to that resource as I could not find that?
how to identify the state variables in the state space models' equations ; means to know that which state of the system is being represented by the variables (system identification toolbox)
If I know the time constant of my system where do I insert it to find a transfer function?
If I put zero in the delay for nonlinear model, I am getting a higher accuracy but pretty high values on my lost function. What does that signify? Is a zero delay even ethical?
Great Webinar
how can collected the input output data from the existing physicals system
thank you so much sir!
give an example of grey box modelling of unkown parameter
excellent source
How to use system identification tool for MIMO systems
How to work for MIMO systems?
nice information
Thank you
Thank you sir...can u plz expln how to collect data for system identification task? Is there any other webinar / video / pdf etc??? If yes plz share it
Thanx again sir
Data is the input/output data of your system. System is excited and its response is recorded. Both can be collected by sensors on the system
how do i create the file I need to store my inputs and outputs in? tried to storing vector containing my information into the workspace, but didn't work
This should be a very basic operation of MATLAB. MATLAB support group can help you with that.
Sir...how about if the system have 4 input and 2 output. Can the transfer function be indentified?
yes! You just have to put the inputs in one matrix and the outputs in another matrix
my best fit value is coming negative what does that mean?
That it's really f****** bad
U fuckd up big time dude - may even make rapture in reality due to your 'little' mistake
Wow thats really unexpected. Turn off your computer right now and destroy it, immediately
How about MIMO systems?
outputs=[i,j,k,l], inputs=[m,n]
where i,j,k,l are 4 outputs, m,n are 2 inputs, this is how you can deal with MIMO
@@nagarajuakepogu thanks a lot. you save my life!
@@nagarajuakepogu cauld you please make it more clear, and save a lot of life?
How can I collect the input/output data for a physical system? Any guidelines?
Hi @Erbaz. That is a interesting question. Would you like to share what kind of system you are talking about?
@@philscosta DC motor, sir
I know this is old, but you can use sensors that record data in a time series, for voltage, current, etc...
This is how VALORANT Vanguard works
