Clubs and bells(as taught by Mark) have really helped me in BJJ. I especially like the squat with the club in front of me as a countervailing balance. Really helps loosen tight hips.
Love all this. When you grab ahold of a human being after about a year of this stuff that person inevitably asks ‘how did you get so much stronger?’ Then in typical human fashion, reject the simplicity of the answer offered; It’s just clubs, bells and maces.

Maces and clubs are the secret sauce for BJJ. Soooooo many movements.

Nice!! im starting with 20 lb adex adjustable. I imagine TUT would be the way to train. How many Min. is a good goal?
Mark, is this part of the "Heavy Club" series? Is this "Heavy Club 46"?
Do you ever switch hands to the other position?
The top hand is the primary hand. You're moving inside from the top hand. So, yeah, top hand moves across the body in the first instance. Switch hands to do inside circle the other direction.
I've followed so many "influencers" and coaches over the years. They all seem like lazy frauds compared to Mark.
Anyone know of other people online who teaches like Mark?
Mark teaches like Mark. 😉 His programs take all this information and apply it to a structure that can be implemented and used for real life. I've several of them and recommend just doing those
