Hi Glenda......I've never had a gooey butter cake....But I will say this it does looks delicious and you done gave me another sweeth tooth. I soo wish I could have a taste. That egg didn't crack right. Yeah I bet that would be hitting with some ice cream. Glenda you need your own cooking channel or resturant because you are the truth in the kitchen. Also messy foods/dishes is always the best. Excellent video tyfs and you have yourself a beautiful rest of your day and weekend.

You will be shocked at how delicious it is but make 2...and hot with fresh whipped cream on top is light and airy and delicious but once cooled the buttery crust has a slight crunch and the vanilla and butter really play through and you can really get a taste of the flavors better once it cools its delicious....and yes it will call you by your first and middle name in the middle of the night....mine disappeared by morning i went from 20 slices to only 4 left by noon.

That looked like more than 2 eggs when the camera cut out and came back on u sure it wasnt 3 eggs?
Hi Tamara. Thank you for tuning in. I do remember having a mishap where the egg broke on my cutting board. However I will go back and look. For the base, you will follow the directions on the are box though.
So I did look at the video and in the beginning I said you will need "some" eggs but you have 3 pictured there. 1 was used for the base and the other two were used in the filling. I hope this helps. Have a blessed one and thanks for watching!
@@WhatchaCookinGlenda yes it did and mine just came out of the oven i couldnt wait for it to really cool i literally just finished a piece of it with whipped cream and i think i was thinking the crust on a gooey cake would be crunchy or more like a shortbread cookie i added pumpkin to mine 15 oz to the cream cheese mixture it is really fluffy and light and sweet but i think i was kinda lookin fwd to the goey part to be highlighted or set on fire by the crunchy crust ...what do you think did i make it wrong or what do you think ?

@@tamarakennedy4976 hmmm, pumpkin spice is interesting and I bet it tastes really good. It sounds like it came out perfectly. I think if we used more cream cheese then we would have more of the topping. As far as the base goes, I think it depends on your oven...because some ovens cook faster. However, I am always trying to make sure I don't burn the base. So sometimes mine is crunchy and sometimes shortbread-ish. Glad you tried it Sis!
