What the pluck
I thought you were going to let us hear the sample at the end.
Keith
Hello Keith.
I intentionally left that out, as I wanted it to be a visual study. This way when you try it yourself you get to hear the results.
Hows it hanging bro?
I have just recovered from a Covid attack really high temp and a terrible bought of coughing and flu symptoms. Has winter arrived over there? I had to put the winter wheels on my car a month earlier than usual this year. Got a nice long weekend free coming up so next vid will be something a little more productive for next week.
Enjoy your day Keith.

That damn COVID.
Or flu or whatever you want to call it.
Now get well and stay well my friend.

Harvey… I am currently working on a project where I have I have downloaded one of the stock footage is available to us in power Director. Specifically, I am trying to create a short sequence where I am zooming in on a TV set with a green screen. There is separate content that I want to insert into the TV screen . So, the big question is… How do I insert contact into the TV screen and have it zoom at the same ratio?
Good morning Wade.
So you are going to kick yourself with this, create all your green screening and have it all setup. Then produce the file before you do any zooming affects, then bring that video file into your project and start doing zooming and other stuff. That way everything will stay at the same ratio.
Hope this helps.
Once projects start to get bigger it's easier to break them down into smaller pieces and produce those files, then use those files to produce bigger projects.
Sorry Wade.
'How do I insert contact into the TV screen'
I missed this bit, so if you have a green screen for the tv just mask out the area and put your contact on a seperate track and it will show through. Once you have it setup, produce it and then do the zooming and stuff on your newly produced video.
@@pmhelsinki We are on the same wavelength there as I already did that with a static image I had of the TV set. I inserted the content, rendered it, and then zoomed in on the rendered clip. I guess what I wanna know is, how do you insert content into a moving video image where the camera is dollying around into a closer shot of the tv? There are several of those type of tracking in shots in the stock media/Getty Images available to us in PD 365. Thanks for your reply, Harvey. Your good natured tutorials are something I look forward to…Wade
Good morning Wade.
You are going into intermediate and advanced with this one, green screening or masking and using motion tracking.
A very time consuming process, as you will have to check each keyframe of the motion and alter key areas. A 25 frame per second video will have you checking all 25 frames and if your video runs for 5 minutes, get a big pot of coffee.
LOL
