    Nice overview. Some close up shots would be helpful. Mentioning the diaphragm tab alignment would likewise help a beginner. The float restraint adjustment is done on the "tang". Good job. Thanks.

    Okoang Baker The most time consuming part of the process is soaking the different parts in a cleaning solution, which can take up to an hour, so I would say about an hour and a half of total time. Only about 30 minutes of that is truly spent working, the other time you are just waiting.

    Motorcycle Restoration Channel what about the felt washers that seal the throttle shaft? How do you re-oil those or remove them before cleaning?

    is there any adjusting that takes place after you've put everything together?
