Madueke and jackson were arguing over the pen while palmer was down injured, fighting each other, tiago calmed them down. Then when palmer got up he took the ball from madueke, and then jackson came back and started arguing with palmer. It wasnt how carlton described it at all.

In the cases that itâs not, I have yet to hear of any other manager using your âStriker Vetoâ strategy.
What if the penalty taker is the Captain? Does the Striker overrule him? What happens when thereâs a False 9? Striker in as a Winger?

Even Madrid now have Bellingham as penalty taker. Only teams with consistent scoring strikers will put that striker to do penalties. eg Haaland for City, Kane for Bayern, Mbappe for PSG etc

What it shows you (this is the second time this has happened), this team is not a team yet. They are individuals capable of playing like a team, but they are not a team yet. A team knows who is the penalty taker and who is not, and a team like Chelsea, with the quality they have are not consistent, not only because of the manager but also because of the hierarchy (Selling the Hotel to not get a FFP fine) as well as the mentality of the players. For example, great performances against top 6 sides, but poor performances against smaller teams shows the mentality is lacking. It is such a shame, that where 6 goals are scored and players like Madueke are doing well, they mess it up with their petulant attitude. Unbelievable.
Carlton Cole is another jealous đ€Ą who never even came close to accomplishing what Palmer has done so far in his career in just his first season being a regular first team player.

When we need to score a penalty and palmer isnât available, we wonât stand a chance. Let someone else take pens, especially as we are not competing for anything
First of all he looks back for back up when Palmer comes over and in comes Jackson trying to bully the situation. Then when he scored the pen you could see teammates who are defenders who didnt go up for the pen and they didnt even celebrate him scoring. Chelsea have factions, you need to take out the leaders of the factions and see if the factions appoint new leaders and then keep taking them out. Once factions take hold they automatically force players coming in to make a choice what faction they are in and even by not choosing to be in any of the factions actually creates your own faction as then you are the faction of the factionless. A proper team will beat a team of factions, its probably why Chelsea are where they are this season...
