I don't want to hear a damn thing from the Colts about bullying. Do you know how much it sucked to watch, for years, Manning every game whoop our ass? It was almost as bad as being in the same conference as Brady.
And then Andrew "undefeated against the Titans" Luck.
As a Colts fan, I'm fine with competition. Makes you better. Also tired of the AFC South being a laughingstock division.

I'm a Titans fan. For most of my life, the Colts have been kicking our ass. We had to deal with both Peyton Manning and Andrew Luck winning game after game

Yeah in the last 20 match ups the Colts have provably won more than 2/3rds of those matches. I think Irsay is going full renegade and wants to dominate now that he has JT, Ryan and a top 5 defensive line on paper after Ngakoue and Buckner.

As a colts fan I completely agree like how you gonna lose to the jags in a must win game against a team Irsay said was the "worse" team in the league after not being able to beat the jags in Jacksonville for the past 7 years but yet say you're tired of being bullied by the Titans 😂😂 I'd rather lose to the most competitive team in our division then lose to the worst team in our division in a must win game but I do agree with him that we have a team built to win now if we can get another offensive weapon or 2

The fact that the Titans were able to win the division and get the #1 seed as the most Injured team in league history tells me that it's not just the players, but the culture. Vrabel and J Rob have built a solid foundation that has turned Tennessee into a legitimate contender. It's a great time to be a Titans fan, and I think it's going to be this way for awhile!

In the last 5 seasons, the Titans are 8th in the league in total wins. I read a stat a few years back that said they were one of maybe 5 or 6 teams in the NFL to have a winning record for 4+ seasons in row.
Basically, I think you need to pick up a dictionary and look up the word “mediocre”.

As a life long Titans fan I have literally 0 sympathy for Irsay and his team getting "bullied" by the Titans. The Colts kicked our asses for years. I had to suffer with watching Peyton whoop our ass 2 times a year, we lost to the 0-13 Colts back in 2011, we never beat Andrew Luck a single time when he played, and at one point we had a 14 or 15 game losing streak to the Colts that got finally got snapped only because Andrew Luck missed the 2017 season. Jim Irsay let us enjoy the few wins we've managed to get the last couple seasons lol
As a Colts fan, I'm fine with that. These things go through changes. Like right now, the Bills are the best team in their division. Used to be the Patriots. It'll just make beating you guys all that much sweeter.

Dude didn’t love football. With a rich ass family like he’s had his whole life why play such a physically demanding game when you can golf 7 days a week. Also let’s not forget he informed the team of his retirement like 2 weeks before Week 1 kickoff. He quit on the organization, fanbase, and every teammate in that locker room. It’d be tough for him to get respect back in the locker room. I’m not blaming him for not wanting to play that’s fine by me, but when you do it the way that he did you can’t ignore how truly screwed he left that team that was loaded with young talent and still kinda is. Colts might’ve won the super bowl in Luck had t retired with the way they’ve been drafting. Grigson the GM is prolly most to blame. Worst GM ive witnessed thus far and not a shocker he didn’t find work elsewhere. Hell Pat acts like Grigson made his decision to retire much easier himself.

I honestly haven't heard of a single free agent even talking to the colts. The most active we've really been recently in free agency is when we signed Andre Johnson and frank Gore. I'm tired of it man.

If you look at the three previous Colt's QBs (Manning, Luck and Rivers), and compare them to Carson Wentz, you can easily see why Irsay saw a need for a change. Carson is just not disciplined enough, or for that matter, good enough, to be a Super Bowl QB. With the more disciplined Matt Ryan, at least the Colts now have a shot.
Matt Ryan has a zero percent chance of winning a super bowl. Can't even win with a 25 point lead with 19 minutes left.

Im looking at this differently, the ability of colts coaching staff to develop and use talent. Lately every cast off of colts the Titans pick up and use convincingly against the colts. Seemingly a lack of ability in the coaching ranks of colts. Perhaps Gus Bradley can change some of that.

Ballard did good with getting Ryan but he needs weapons. Colts also need corners, a left tackle, and a right guard. Ballard says Pryor and Fries can do the job but who is going to back them up? Ballard also said TY Hilton is essential although he hasn't resigned and really hasn't been that great since Luck left the building. Who is playing corner? Kenny Moore is a beast at slot but the outside guys are gone. Does Ballard really think Brandon Facyson and Marvel Tell are going to be the starters? If so I'm leaning toward another year without making the playoffs.

I think Irsay is a great owner. He pays people to make decisions, and he supports them. But when they make bad ones. he calls them out. He doesn't try to "nickel and dime " players, he pays well. He just wants his money's worth. He's not "making all of the decisions", like Jerry J, and then blaming others when those decisions are crap. He's involved, he should be, it's HIS money, but he doesn't want total control. I don't know 1 owner who has wanted "total control" who has been successful for more than 1 year. You put good people in position to make the right decisions, and then you let them do their job. Jim has done that.
Comes down to coaching. We have the talent.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with competition. In the NFL there should be no problem with competition. Competition is part of every sport. Titans aren't bullying at all. Jim irsay should be embracing competition not complaining.
