@@ShellyGODS-CHILD, that's literally the reason for this. Yes. That's the claim.
Oroville CA just settled a case for dropping off a lady at the dump outside of town.
Falsely accusing someone of "sexual assault" should be a felony.
A lot of women have gotten away with this over many decades. Their word is taken as gospel.
Imagine if they didn’t film everything
I have a gut feeling that Valleyfair Security may have embellished a tad... I've met that guy a few times. Total bag of whatthefuck. If she said that stuff, book a chick... million times over. Though... gotta prove to me that she did when I know the... villian(?) of the story. I know, random dude off the internet saying random stuff...
@@valentinius62LOL yeah. Never mind the statistics that the vast majority of assaults aren’t reported or charged. Oh and now let’s allow the abuser to tell their victim that not only will no one believe them, they will be the one to be charged if they dare report them.
It should have the same consequence as actual sexual assault.
Why aren't the false accusers subject to criminal charges?
The usual excuse is that somehow punishing false accusers will deter legit victims from making reports to the police. I don't buy it. I think the real reason is they just don't want to punish women and would rather protect them.
The CZcams prank idiots were not arrested because no criminal complaint was signed.
The real question is why didn't the CZcamsrs with the footage to prove their innocence decide not to use their evidence to prove it?
Should have returned the favor and charged her with battery for grabbing his camera. They actually have the evidence.
@@alfredpeverly2093you have to prove my guilt I don’t have to prove my innocence ….. the real question is why are the liars let go freely 🤷🏻
I despise pranksters with a fiery passion, but any woman who files a verifiably false SA accusation should be sentenced same as for SA.
They should absolutely not be sentenced the same. They should be sentenced harshly though. While making false SA accusation does little harm to the accused (as long as they are found to be false, otherwise they are very damaging), the harm they do to real SA victims by forcing people to be more skeptical of such claims is disgusting

Instead of just being difficult and pretending you have no clue what they’re talking about
Doesn’t excuse the false accusation which is the real issue, but just handeling it like a normal fucking person would have made things 100 times smoother
@@Matthiasvd8 I totally agree but everyone says they have video proof of the interaction but this doesn't really matter from a security guards perspective. If a SA did actually occur they want to investigate and stop individuals from leaving or doing it again, who knows how much footage is on their camera, the guard doesn't want to sit through hours of footage to determine if something did happen, they'd rather view their own park cameras while the suspect(s) wait in a holding room, and lastly even if they did record the entire encounter that doesn't mean they didn't commit the SA when cameras weren't rolling.. I'm not defending the people who made the obvious false claim over something so stupid. I'm just trying to explain how the guards look at the situation. And even though nothing did actually happen, it's probably hard for the security guards to believe the woman made a false claim over literally nothing and they were trying to take the situation extremely seriously, same with the police as well. Glad the CZcamsrs were let off without too much trouble and think the woman should be charged with making a false report.
"If you're innocent, I'll give you front of the line passes."

@GoErikTheRed you think they recording them of actually doing that? Because it sounds like you believe they should've proved their innocence to a security guard when they did nothing wrong.
Maybe if they hadn't been disrespectful and swearing it would have been different but the punk ass kids just had to shit on him for doing his job. Was he supposed to ignore a potential sexual assault and let them just go? Are you all that dense
As a cop if I get called to a sexual assault and see proof they lied I’m 100 percent taking you for filing a false police report.

Trespassing these guys after falsely accusing them of a crime looks really bad for the company. Instead of apologizing, they decided to double-down on stupid.
they didn't falsely "accuse" them of a crime...they investigated a report of a crime and called the police and left the investigation up to them, which is exactly what they're supposed to do. They likely trespassed the little boys because of their uncooperative behavior and likely determined that it would be better to just trespass them rather than allowing them to return and continue to provoke people, which was the right decision.
It's Minnesota, Valley Fair, just like the mall of America, have been taken over by groups of thug criminals, and decent people stay away.
That's normal. Happened to me at a gym. I volunteered my phone for them to check that I wasn't being a creep and simply recording my own sets, yet I got asked to not come back a few days after paying for a 3 month membership. People who haven't been falsely accused of sexual misconduct don't understand how infuriating it is.

No, no, AND NO. "Keep that in mind" is meant to tell people to keep this video in mind as an example of what can happen to you legally if you don't pull out your phone and start recording, or even better have a bodycam when you're about to meet karens who your gut feeling tells you they are about to do no good to you, intending to lie and do as much damage to you as possible in any way possible. Including false accusation. Even the audio recording is helpful, but as much material as possible to provide best context as possible for any type of situation, video and audio recordings can save you from going to prison and being PERMANENTLY labeled by law as "sех оffеndег" which is worse offense than being charged for robbery or battery even much harder to get employed if labeled as such by the law.

@@luciddream2033it's not
It is? They are the suspects of a crime. Not rocket science.
@keithkafe According to the courts and the laws, obstruction can interfere with a police investigation. Depending on how the laws are worded, things such as fighting words and refusal to provide ID can obstruct an investigation. I think you listen to First Amendment auditors too much when they say obstruction is a physical act. This simple-minded view of the law is merely sloganeering and fails to take into account the multitude of different laws and courts and seeks to apply a blanket understanding of matters of law to all interactions. In short, read the law and the court cases and quit listening to auditors spouting slogans.
@@luciddream2033 the police cannot require you give up a constitutional right to further their investigation. It's pretty basic.

Falsely accusing someone of crime, let alone "sexual assault" is a crime.
@2:46 That white dude missed a golden opportunity to ask that black guy...
"Are you a "height supremacist"?
I'm not sure you can get to probable cause from the park telling the cops what someone else told them happened. The alleged victim, contacting someone at the park, who then contacts someone at the office, who then contacts security, who then contacts the police.. that's way too many degrees of hearsay. If she's called 911 herself, sure, it at least merits an investigation, but this, I seriously doubt it'd fly in court.
"911, how can I help you?"
"Send the police, someone told me that a girl told them someone assaulted her!!"
In all honesty, the prankers were being annoying to the girl in line. But calling over the rent-a-cops certainly didn’t help. Also didn’t like how the cop threatened them with jail if they didn’t ID and was hostile, then turned cool. Lots of rights and wrongs all around, but nothing is worse than the rent-a-cop. Those are the worst.
I didn't see the security guys do anything wrong, their entire job is to try to keep the peace and be basicly first responders for police. Dude came up calm and polite saying "hey we got this report, you match the description, can you come with me to see if you are who they are reporting?" Security doesn't know what happened so they weren't accusing them of anything, simply stating what they were told and are trying to figure out. If the kids stopped whining and crying long enough they could have shown the video and been on their way.
@@atk9989I disagree entirely. They didn’t keep any peace, they escalated the situation entirely and didn’t listen when the guys said he had footage. They just took the woman’s word. With no proof.
Cop was in the right to tell them theyd go to jail as he is investigating an actual crime. Being hostile at first was just a dumb decision.
@@atk9989 PAUL BLARTS ARE JUST WANNABE FAILURES
The cop has the full right to threaten then with jail if they arent given id. They are being accused of sexual assault, being suspected of a big crime. They have the right to take them for refusing. Even if they are innocent. They were being combative and not cooperative with it. You gotta be messed up to think otherwise.
People come to an amusement part to have fun, not to be the targets of YT pranksters. It is inevitable that someone will eventually be triggered by the harassment dished out by the pranksters. If the amusement park becomes a haven for pranksters who are "harmlessly" harassing customers by accusing them of cutting the line, etc then the customers won't have a good time and won't be back. If that's my amusement park, these pranksters are not welcome, soon I'll be out of business.
"The right to exclude." I've learned a lot about trespassing from your channel, but I hadn't heard this term before. It was informative researching the concept. Thanks for the tip. :)
With all of the advancements in facial recognition technology, it's probably not the best idea to be a potato on camera since it will likely end up on the internet as a permanent record.
Time to get that "victim" locked up and sued
Maybe it did happen and the security has the wrong guys. There are a lot of people there.
Maybe the "victim" never reported what the guard is claiming she did? Does he seem like a trustworthy guy?
As far as I know, In Canada at least, you cannot do "citizen's arrest" unless you yourself see the crime being committed or about to be committed. You can't and shouldn't be able to "citizen's arrest" on hearsay like a cop can.
I run a security company. I am using this video as training material. Great example of what not to do.
It doesn't matter what they did or didn't do. The Valleyfair website Code of Conduct states that "Unsolicited photographing or video recording that disrupts a guest’s experience or interferes with park operations" is not permitted.
Also not permitted:
- "Acts or behavior that park management determines is a safety concern or that interrupts park operations or guests’ experience"
- "Harassing/threatening behavior, sexual misconduct, or lewd behavior including inappropriate interaction with park guests or associates"
- "Clothing with offensive language, obscene gestures/graphics, or nudity or clothing that does not sufficiently cover undergarments" (I don't recall if the wet moms t-shirt could reasonably be seen as inappropriate, so this one may be disregarded)
"Refusing to follow verbal or printed instructions or cooperate with park personnel or security"
The exact right thing happened. They left the park and were trespassed
But if they hadn't been recording, they would have had no way to defend themselves against the accusation of sexual assault.

@Vss077 lol... apples and oranges! You would falsely accuse somebody for a felony because you are afraid of a camera. You must enjoy destroying people's lives.
So, as I understand it, given how incredibly weak the standard for reasonable suspicion is (that is, virtually anything could qualify as it) - there’s really no circumstance imaginable where a citizen who is stopped by an officer has the legal grounds to refuse to identify themselves (and hand over their documentation) - it seems the only circumstance in which a citizen can refuse is if the officer has absolutely no grounds whatsoever to make a stop, but of course if that were the case, they wouldn’t be stopping you. By refusing, you’re getting hit with an obstruction charge. Even if you intend to fight it in court, it still results in a massive hassle for the citizen to do so. In sum, you really can’t do anything other than hand over your documentation as long as reasonable suspicion is the standard.
