    Awesome tips in this video and those links looked better than store bought. There is something special about processing your own meat and making your own sausage and as you pointed out, it can save a lot of money as well. Great job buddy!

    That is why I have my own grinder, stuffers, boning knives, 10 inch breaking knife, meat lugs, 25lb mixer, 50 mixer, buy casings and vacuum sealer. I grind my own burgers, sausage, and cut my own steaks. For my own burgers I buy usda choice brisket and chuck rolls. I buy usda prime for smoking brisket, Rib sub primal, striploin, and tenderloin. Pork belly pork shoulder, pork loin trimmings, and pork rib trimmings makes great pork sausages.
