Brilliant Captain. Great sense of humour but professional & serious when he needs to be.
Pilot*
@@EqulBlox no captain there is one captain always on the left and a first officer on the right
Surely the landing roll should still be a sterile phase of flight?
Used to sit next to this guy in Physics. He was a top guy then and clearly a top guy now.
Always impressive watching professionals earn their money.
Brilliant. Admire pilots. This team professional cool calm and collected. With a sense of humour!
Wow. There is taxi driver, bus driver, and then there is airline pilot.
"You made it look so easy." That's what you call a HIGHLY experienced pilot!
Wow so cool watching it from the pilot’s perspectives 👍🏻
Incredible
pilots, Doctors and Engineers should earn more than all other professionals. They save peoples lives
Very nice!
Idk why the plane called him a retard so many times before he landed. I thought it was a pretty fine landing :)

bro :DD
Wow a landing
The Cap reminded of Phil Hartman.
i like that the narrator said "queezyjet".
Me when I’m trying to land in mfs: 1:11

@@GeorgiaOverdrive makes sense
Great job. Crosswind landings suck.
Great guy Steve.......but F/O never heard of zulu??? dear oh dear
not the aviation term, its a movie i think
I am no pilot, but I think I'd prefer an old fashion yoke than that side stick. Seems odd if you're right-handed, too.
incredibly, it is very natural. Really well positioned for your arm. minimal movements and so easy to fly with
your opinion, but when i have my turkey bap i want a table that i can eat it on
And what might be the difference with a yoke for right handed people? You still use your left and for the yoke and right for the thrust levers...
Incredibly sensitive so the smallest movements move the jet. Airbus is more automated based and if not making it as easy as possible!
It feels pretty natural either way. I’m a pilot who is right handed and I fly the Cessna 172 with my left hand on the yoke and right hand on the throttle.
Crosswind on an airbus is easy, no "into wind aileron"
he didnt look to be struggling at all
crosswind landings are very common and relatively safe, im not sure why they made it seem like the pilots made a big achievment... for the show I guess.
40mph crosswinds aren’t so common
Your obviously not a pilot.
Being a pilot is just as an achievement.
The reason you say this is that you are not a pilot.
did i say i was a pilot you numb-sqwat?@@conorscully7008
I think it’s entirely innappropriate for the cameraman to be shouting “retard” at the pilot as he’s trying to land the plane.
It's a term used in aviation to reduce engine power / reduce throttle
i cant tell whether its a joke or not
@@unexpectediteminbaggingare8074 It's satire
Yep agreed. It’s disgusting.
What's it saying though? 50, 40, 30, retard? recharge? Something else?
It’s saying “retard.” It tells the pilot flying to flare the aircraft to slow down their decent just before touchdown.
It's the GPWS system which tells the pilots how high they are above ground. 'Retard' just means to reduce the power
Ground proximity warning system callouts, it tells the pilots their altitude so they don't have to look at their altimeter. Retard means the pilots must reduce the engine power by pulling back the thrust levers
Flight attendant has to do something with her teeth
She's British, not American. Not everyone shares the American obsession with teeth.
@Otacatapetl its not the subject of nationality, but " face" of airline.
@@oleksiistarodub1122 Well, it's a British airline, and we're still not obsessed with teeth.
@@Otacatapetl enjoy!
Can’t believe scammers made it to being a pilot. Welp its time to not choose Easy Jet anymore 🤷♀️
What are you talking about?
@@Cittamatra the assistant pilot is from an asian country known as India, where majority of them are scammers.
@@Cittamatra Oh no worries, that’s just a racist piece of crap who is jealous at somebody that has achieved more than anything he could ever imagine.
@@Cittamatra i'm willing to bet it's racism against a brown pilot.
@@sabbialmighty7249 its not racism, its sterotype, because he looks or is indian, and indian are scammers, thats the sterotype. I wouldnt assume racism so fast.
It definitely is a tough ask to land in such crosswinds.
One could see that the 1st officer was tense. He must have aged quite a bit 😂😂😂😂😂
The Captain's landing looked like a knife through butter.
