Yellow mustard 1 tbsp
honey 1 tbsp

Bake at 200°C for 80-100 minutes

@@divinepower5131 okay. Yeah, I didn’t think of that. I guess I always just thought of roasting as cooking with non direct heat or ambient heat, so what she did was in my opinion roasting in the oven. I do that all the time.

Pork looked delicious; salad isn't what I would serve with it, but the mashed potato? I hope you gave everyone a straw to suck it up. Why do people insist on adding all the milk before finding out how wet the potato is from the butter alone?

Is it meant to be eaten cold? The pork would be cold by the time the mashed potato is ready, and the potato (too runny for my liking) would have been cold by the time the salad (?) is prepared. Otherwise it looked tasty.
