    Peanut Butter Hummus Recipe
    Ingredients:
    1 can (15 ounces) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
    1/3 cup tahini
    1/4 cup olive oil
    2 tablespoons peanut butter
    1 clove garlic, minced
    Juice of 1 lemon
    1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
    1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
    Salt to taste
    Water (as needed for consistency)
    Optional garnishes: drizzle of olive oil, chopped parsley, crushed red pepper flakes
    Instructions:
    Prepare Chickpeas:
    Rinse and drain the canned chickpeas thoroughly.
    Combine Ingredients:
    In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, peanut butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, ground cumin, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt.
    Blend:
    Process the mixture until smooth. Stop and scrape down the sides as needed. If the hummus is too thick, you can add water, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
    Taste and Adjust:
    Taste the hummus and adjust the seasoning. You can add more salt, lemon juice, or any other preferred seasonings.
    Serve:
    Transfer the peanut butter hummus to a serving bowl.
    Garnish:
    Drizzle olive oil on top and sprinkle with chopped parsley and crushed red pepper flakes if desired.
    Enjoy:
    Serve the peanut butter hummus with pita bread, vegetable sticks, or as a spread. Enjoy your unique and flavorful homemade hummus!
