Sesame seeds - 1/4 cup
Garlic cloves - 4 to 5
Cumin powder -1/3 tsp

This hummus is exactly the same taste that i used to have in London.. there is a mall called brent cross shopping centre and i used have falafel with hummus in pitta outside of the mall.. I really felt like you took me back in to 2009 when i was there.. i have a lot of recipes with me as professionally I’m a businessman but I was and I’m a chef by hobby and I’m running a restaurant successfully in Rajasthan. But I really appreciate your recipe, actually it’s almost the same recipe as I learned.

Hummus comes very smooth if you use baking soda while boiling the chana.. Just a suggestion.. No offense meant :)
