2 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Garlic Clove
½ Cup Chick Peas
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
Pinch of crushed n roasted Cumin
Salt to taste

Your videos are excellent. Most of your recipes are absolutely perfect. Somehow when it comes to middle eastern food I prefer the core middle eastern recipes with least possible use of spice. This version of Hummus is good but also try the Levantine version with a few black olives, Tahini and Turkish red bell pepper sprinkle or at times the Tabbouleh Hummus.
Middle East has some outstanding Vegan food. Especially the food from Iran, Israel, Jordan, Morocco, Turkey, Lebanon and Saudi Arabia is outstanding.
