  • Hi Everyone! In this video I am doing restoration on a 2013 Honda Pilot, which is my 2ed most easiest headlight to do restoration on.
I started and finished with a 600 grit, and let the clearcoat do the rest of the work. All in all, it took about 23 minutes to make them look brand new again! Stop wasting time polishing your headlights!

I just bought all my stuff to get started, and one thing I bought was a 5 gallon container and a cordless pump so it can fill up my spray bottle.

So, you take your payments upfront at the appointment scheduling or after you are done with the headlights? I guess it can vary, but you can't trust people to be honest that they will pay upon completion, or they try haggling for a lower price that what was initially quoted.

No, we take the payment when the job is complete since we are satisfied guaranteed. We've never had a customer refuse, or not pay.

How do you get overspray off of a fender if it's been cured for a month? I'm dealing with a customer right now.

99% rubbing alcohol, if not a clay bar should work. If it's really bad, a small amount if goo gone

One thing to consider, if it’s been a month how do you know it’s from your work?

Alcohol worked great. Now I have another customer that has a good size chip missing of paint from their fender where a bubbled chip was. The tape pulled it up.

@@weskling I think I just commented on the over video. I made a video here czcams.com/video/DzneYw3JJxM/video.html Its VERY important to do your inspections prior to taping and explain to the customer they may have weak paint
