Hi, love your videos. Wish I had found them before I bought my Lorex system!☹️. Can I use a colourvu ip camera with a Lorex lnr6108X Nvr? If so what models? In the camera setting menu it does say onvif? But not sure if it will work or I can manage to set it up to work! Any advice greatly appreciated. 😃👍🧐

Great video! Can you please tell us if it is possible to undermount this like a traditional PTZ. After reading the data sheet and user manual they only state a wall mount and pendant mount. Is it possible to undermount this?
This is meant for wall or wall bracket fitment
why you need power supply for the Built-In Mic ? you have Poe Ethernet cable and it should
give power to it right?
You can choose either. Don't need both.
i had this camera but it doesn't saved the preset on the schedule task.

Thanks for the great videos. I'm in the USA (California) and wondering if this Mini PTZ will work with the Acusense NVR's in the USA? I wish Hikvision would introduce this here. I understand we are about 6-12 months behind UK. Do you ship to the USA? I understand that Hikvision USA will not "support" the UK products.
Hello Neil, I'm also in California and this new 4mp ptz colorvu came out and I have it in hand and I'm having some issues with using its strobe light and speaker, do you have any hikvision mini ptz and had any issues with it? Thanks and happy Thanksgiving

I bought this cam yesterday and I need it to patrol between 4 preset points every 1 minute continuously.
But I can't find the patrol Mode...
Thanks for the feedback , if you look on the camera web page , under the PTZ control you can set pre-sets and then the patrol tab is next to this, make sure the camera firmware is up to date

Firmware is up to date but there is no patrol tab... I've also checked the product page online and under "Patrol" says "NO" so maybe I bought the wrong cam....

Is this product waterproof for out use? There seems to be a slotted vent on the top of the case :)
Hi , it has IP66 rating , and it sealed where cable loom enters the housing
Does the audio and mic power come through the ethernet cable or would I need to run another cable to use the mic?

Hi it’s the same username and password as the recorder most likely if it’s not you will need to get the password reset using export via SADP tool

I love the information but it will be good to turn your camera in out size in real environment then room to show other people what this camea can do. in small room you cannot demonastrate zoom function, number plate, and other function we are look for. i saw your all camera inside room . please make video outside the room in real people, real environmenet zooming car, animal. you have weaste the potentiality of the camera inside 4 all. all different camera video same problem.
